Because I lived across the country and vcould not easily see the homes ahead of time, I was depending on Loretta to do her due diligence when helping me select a home, but that did not happen. While she did help me fill out all the paperwork correctly, she failed to mention a rather huge defect on the property (very large easement and ROW that encompasses nearly the entire yard) that was definitely listed on the MLS. Had I known about this defect (seller lied on disclosure and Loretta did not verify) I would never have purchased the property I did. Instead, a third party who did not have fiduciary duty to me found the defect listed on the MLS months after I moved in. I am lucky that I called before planting the trees I wanted to plant, or we would have been in serious danger due to the natural gas pipeline running under my yard. When I left a review on another site she rather rudely accused me of lying so that she had to pay to get the review removed, which is just asinine. It's illegal for her to pay to have reviews removed, so I'm not sure why she thinks that would be a motivation for me.

Still was not contacted until the next day, when it was made very clear they did not want to rent to us, citing excuses such as parking spaces being an issue (we would have had 2 cars and trying to rent a 2 bedroom rental, shocking I know), assuming that we as young adults (both of us being 22) would have people over and making noise and that a 12lb dog that isn't loud would disrupt the "quiet building" (that allowed small dogs and cats). Definitely did not feel welcomed at all nor wanted. Will not be working with them again.
