He was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Mr. Ruiz gave me an estimate for work needing done. I continued to get at least four more estimates from other companies. Ruiz Tree Service estimate was nearly half of other estimates I received. I contacted them to do the job. We set up day work was to be done and Mr. Ruiz was at the jobsite in person telling crew what I wanted done. The whole crew was absolutely super at working together, the job was done perfectly and every bit of mess cleaned up in a timely manner. I believe they might have made a hole in my garage roof which I had to have repaired once I discovered it a couple months later- the hole went thru 3 layers of shingles and wood. In the winter when I asked when they were coming to trim oak he refused and pretended like he didn't know who I was. I payed 2600 for 3 trees. I managed to get $800 back for the oak.
