Are you kidding me?! Off the wall flavorful, super presentation and what a unique idea. My wife brought home two boxes and next time I will order two just for myself! So many thank you's for chasing your dream and sharing with us.

The macarons are a must try. Everybody loves them and the flavors here are unique and on point. The Taiwanese milk tea is so smooth, refreshing, and pairs well with our dessert. Owner is very professional, responsive, and easy to work with. A lovely local business to support.

Mika was amazing to work with! She is so professional and kind. I ordered cupcakes for my birthday and she did an amazing job on them! I wanted something with strawberry and we discussed my likes and my interests and she suggested a strawberry moscato cupcake. So right up my alley! The best boozy boujie cupcake ever! When I got them she exceeded all my expectations! They were so beautifully decorated and tasted so good!

Honestly this was the best high tea I have had in U.S. and on par )if not better) with the ones in London. The cucumber sandwiches were perfection! Everything flowed well with each other and there was so much attention to detail (small flower arrangement, heart shaped tea saucers and heart shaped cake tongs). The owner is so warm and very passionate about providing top notch service. She also curated a playlist that helped the experience! Everyone had a wonderful time. This will have to be a tradition for when I visit Salt Lake City. Thank you so much!

    A must try!!

I don't typically write reviews, but I had to write one for Mika + Honey Teahive! Mika was an absolute gem to work with. The fruit tart was beautifully constructed and flavors were beyond delicious. It was the best fruit tart we've ever tasted (and we've eaten a lot; we get one every year for husband's bday). Flaky crust, hibiscus infused pastry cream, and a dash of mint?! Every bite was tasty! We will be ordering our annual fruit tart from Honey Teahive from here on out. Then there were the macarons... Not your cookie cutter flavors. These were amazing! We got the honey lavender and matcha green tea. I liked the honey lavender most and my husband couldn't get enough of the green tea. Want to impress your friends?? Go for these! :) And best of all, these were all safely hand delivered to us by Mika herself. With COVID-19, it gave me comfort to know that these desserts had minimal transfers. And it was so convenient! I plan to have Honey Teahive make my almost 1 year old's smash cake. Can't wait!!

Rose white chocolate ganache & Lavender honey cream macarons.

I absolutely adore how Mika perfects her macaron flavors. I ordered a mixed dozen of rose white chocolate ganache and lavender honey cream for my birthday and I cannot explain how extremely tasty they turned out to be. I highly recommend Honey Teahive's sweet treats!

I love the Tea Party Boxes. Every bite I've had has been a delight. I'm always excited to try the flavor combinations well planned menus.

We ended up at 3 unique and delicious stops I wouldn't have normally thought to try, and each was wonderful! At Antica Roma, I enjoyed Mushroom ravioli with truffle. So smooth... Pleiku Vietnamese introduced me to a fabulous Chicken basil. It had a bit of a kick and I worked around the onions and peppers but the chicken was to die for! Had a subtle crisp the was great! At Himalayan kitchen I got to sample several Indian bites: Coconut veggie curry, chicken tika masala and lamb curry with naan bread. All great but the chicken tika is unforgettable and the yogurt sauce for the naan so fresh and tasty! I enjoyed hearing Mo share our local history but even more than that, I loved learning about the lives the man changes thru his other businesses! Check out his mission at The Other Side where he works to support mental health and substance abuse recovery and works to rehabilitate those wanting to change their lives. He shares how many in his programs find their way thru addiction, homelessness and the legal system and change their lives thru The Other Side Academy (https://www.theothersideacademy.com/). Really cool to hear how communities have come together to support this mission. So glad I found myself to this tour and to have learned Mo's story. Definitely recommend this food tour. I watched a guy in my aerobics class drip sweat globs all over the floor and mat, then walk away. Gross. I was the last person out and not a single person came into clean. The same with the weightroom and the pickleball court- no one wipes anything down. The only attendants in the place are a couple of nice college kids at the front desk who smile and wave then go back to their screens. You walk around the space and although there are plenty of members, it feels vacant and neglected. Not to mention their sporadic fitness classes. With no pool September-May, can you really justify $95-175/mo for two strength classes in the morning and one at 6p, and no evening classes at all Thursday-Sunday?? Momentum Climbing Gym has four Utah locations, amazing climbing walls, yoga classes AND weightroom for $60/mo. Just saying. Not to mention that the JCC classes are often taught by non-certified, 'soft' U students who seem to have gotten their routines from YouTube. The JCC management is more interested in collecting your money than providing an exceptional, sanitary experience. They act like they are doing you a favor instead of the other way around. In fact, I recently contemplated a small claims case and assault charges after one of their fitness coaches put his hands on me. I had purchased a six-month family membership through a fundraising auction for the Humane Society and when they found my resistance to a rude, handsy, out of shape "coach" (for a ski conditioning class that would have actually cost me an additional fee), they voided my membership without reimbursing me for the remaining months. I was in shock. Let me preface by saying that I was fine terminating the membership as I only wanted to be by a pool (despite their incredibly uncomfortable plastic lounge chairs) and they close it right after Labor Day. Plus, it's a 30-minute drive for me that includes college and hospital traffic nearly 24/7. I already belong to two other fitness centers closer to home. But their behavior calls into question whether you want to trust this gym to treat customers with respect. They are well within their rights to banish me but they should not be entitled to keep my money! Check out this policy sited from the CEO when I demanded the return of $350: The JCC has "the right to terminate memberships and/or deny entry at its discretion." And they keep your money?! Sounds like fraud to me. Do you really want to join a club that operates this way? They don't like your clothes, your smell, your dissatisfaction, your religion, your bluntness and you're out... and we keep all your money. Just think twice and then go somewhere else where they value customers. In the end, I decided not to fight in court because my friends reminded me that I can still get the tax write-off as a donation to the Humane Society. Now THAT is an organization that deserves my money.

I usually have to sit there while everyone else enjoys appetizers and dessert, but here I got the full experience, which honestly felt like a luxury. The setup is casual. You order at the counter and then wait for your food, but it still feels organized and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall customer service was great, which made the experience even better. For appetizers, we ordered the Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs and the Spinach Artichoke Dip. Both were really good. I had never tried deviled eggs with smoked salmon before, but it worked surprisingly well. The salmon didn't overpower the egg and added a really nice flavor. The artichoke dip was also a standout and something I'd definitely order again. For my entrée, I had the Huckleberry Pork Tenderloin, and it was my favorite part of the meal. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the huckleberry sauce, but it completely won me over. It's that perfect balance of savory and slightly sweet, and I genuinely wished I could take a bottle home. I chose the Parmesan mashed potatoes with gravy and the green beans with bacon and onion as my sides. The mashed potatoes were good, though the gravy leaned a little too savory for my taste. The green beans, however, were excellent. The bacon added great texture and flavor. My husband ordered the Cold-Smoked Sous Vide Tri-Tip with green beans and sweet potato mash. I'm usually not a sweet potato person, but these were shockingly good. I'll probably get those next time. We were already full, but they had gluten-free dessert options, which I couldn't pass up. We took home the Huckleberry Chocolate Mousse and the Huckleberry Supreme Pie, and both were incredible. I honestly couldn't pick a favorite. We definitely overdid it... but I regret nothing. Being able to enjoy appetizers, a full meal, and dessert without worrying about gluten was such a treat. I'd absolutely recommend this place, especially if you're gluten free and tired of feeling limited when you go out to eat.
