You order at the counter and then wait for your food, but it still feels organized and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall customer service was great, which made the experience even better. For appetizers, we ordered the Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs and the Spinach Artichoke Dip. Both were really good. I had never tried deviled eggs with smoked salmon before, but it worked surprisingly well. The salmon didn't overpower the egg and added a really nice flavor. The food is solid, fast comfort food with a unique twist. The bison stuffed mushrooms were a standout--really flavorful and something different. For dessert, the chocolate mousse and bread pudding were both excellent. Portions are huge and pricing is very fair, especially for the quality and amount of food you get. What really made it memorable was the owner coming out to greet guests--very friendly and genuinely welcoming. Just landed in SLC and my buddy had to gas up his car at the Costco. We saw a couple of restaurants in a little shopping center across the street, so it was either Huckleberry Grill or the Hawaiian place. I'm glad we went to this place. I got the tri tip and it was delicious. Perfectly smoked and went great with the sauce and the sides. For the sides, I got Mac and cheese and funeral potatoes, and they were also both really good. My buddy got the huckleberry pork loin and he also said it was really good. The portion sizes were excellent and we both left stuffed and satisfied. It wasn't too expensive either, around $45 for two people. Service was also excellent as the worker was very friendly and the food came out pretty quickly. First off, the salad picture didn't match what was actually in the salad (no pomegranates or spring mix, so that the me off. Be sure to read the description thoroughly. The crispy brussel sprouts had a unique flavor to them, they use a chipotle mustard sauce, it was quite good. We also tried the bread pudding and the huckleberry pie. Both were delicious, the huckleberry pie had a graham cracker crust, and had the consistency of cheesecake. I didn't get a pic of the desserts, but I did get the main dishes. The only negative was the huckleberry lemonade, it was very, very weak and had virtually no flavor. We did share this with our waitress, who said they were going to be trying out a different lemonade base soon.
