You order at the counter and then wait for your food, but it still feels organized and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall customer service was great, which made the experience even better. For appetizers, we ordered the Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs and the Spinach Artichoke Dip. Both were really good. I had never tried deviled eggs with smoked salmon before, but it worked surprisingly well. The salmon didn't overpower the egg and added a really nice flavor. The artichoke dip was also a standout and something I'd definitely order again. For my entrée, I had the Huckleberry Pork Tenderloin, and it was my favorite part of the meal. I was excited about the mushrooms with garlic and onion in the description. The chicken was so salty it was inedible. The only flavor profile was salt and smoke. None of the other flavors come through. In the 3 bites I gave it, one was mostly gristle. The funeral Potatoes are made with large chunks of potatoes that are not cooked through, like crunching on an apple, not cooked. The one thing that was edible were the mashed potatoes. Husband got the tri-tip with funeral potatoes and green beans. The plate genuinely looked like cafeteria food. The green beans were definitely canned, the tri tip was decent but needed more seasoning, and the potatoes literally had no flavor. None. You order at the window, then food is brought to your table. The menu board is on a large wall, so you can view your options prior to ordering. Probably one of the worst meals I have had. I got the chicken in cream sauce (cold), brussels sprouts (ok) and green beans (horrible). They were so old they were almost black and mashed together. My husband had the chicken thighs that looked horrible. They were edible but not good. The spinach dip was a frightening green and had no taste. The crispy brussel sprouts had a unique flavor to them, they use a chipotle mustard sauce, it was quite good. We also tried the bread pudding and the huckleberry pie. Both were delicious, the huckleberry pie had a graham cracker crust, and had the consistency of cheesecake. I didn't get a pic of the desserts, but I did get the main dishes. The only negative was the huckleberry lemonade, it was very, very weak and had virtually no flavor. We did share this with our waitress, who said they were going to be trying out a different lemonade base soon.
