My mother and I visited this salon while we were in town for a tragic family loss; we were seeking a brief moment of relaxation before driving home. We chose this place based on online photos of good work and seemingly fair pricing. Initially, the experience was positive. Time-Saving Perks: They offer concurrent service (hands and feet done at the same time), which is efficient. Ambiance/Selection: The shop wasn't too busy, they offered coffee/tea, and had a good color selection. Art Quality: The basic nail art, including chrome powder and striping/dotting work, was technically well-executed. The Shocking Price and Service Integrity Issues The quality of the work does not justify the final price, which we believe was a serious overcharge and took advantage of our vulnerable situation as non-locals who were clearly stressed. Service Price Paid Basic Work Performed My Service $250 Soft Gel Full Cover Tips + Basic Nail Art (chrome/striping) + Basic Pedicure (no spa additions). Mom's Service $175 Hard Gel Fill + Basic Nail Art (on 1-2 fingers) + Basic Pedicure (regular polish, no jelly/hot stone/soaks). The itemized charges on the screen included terms like "Level 2 Nail Art" to justify the excessive cost for what was genuinely basic, common nail art. Red Flags During Checkout The end of the service raised serious concerns about their business practices: System "Failure": The salon's card systems were suddenly "down," and we were asked to Zelle the total payment. This felt suspicious and unprofessional, especially in a tourist area. Lack of Trust: We overheard staff making comments to each other, such as, "They're leaving right after this," displaying a clear distrust of us as customers. I had openly explained our circumstances and even shared a past negative experience where I was scammed by another salon's over-inflated pricing/tipping practices. Conclusion After returning home and consulting with multiple professional nail technicians nationwide, it is clear that my mother and I were grossly overcharged. While I understand prices vary, this felt like an intentional exploitation of non-local customers who were not in the mental state to contest high prices. We paid immediately to avoid any conflict, but the feeling of being taken advantage of is incredibly disappointing. If you are looking to be seriously overcharged for basic nail services, this is the place to go. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this salon. read more

Absolutely love it here! Juana in the front is always kind and friendly. Nail techs, Emily & Erika, are AMAZING. Love having great service and girl talks (I'm a yapper lol). They both listen to what I want and always make sure throughout the service that it's to my liking. Highly recommend booking with both of them. Also, last night I chipped one of my nails (completely my fault) and they were able to fit me in this morning with no problem. I was in & out of there in less 30 mins. I used to love coming to this place. They used to take their time doing the services. I usually visit once very two to three months. I visited the place in January and noticed they no longer offer the sugar scrub on a pedicure. I didn't care since the place is always clean and welcoming. I visited today and I noticed more changes. Now you have to sign a form before your service where they try to upsell your pedi/mani. They also ask how you want your massage. I said medium. My appointment was at 2:30, they ask to arrive 10 minutes early which I did. They started my service at 2:23. The lady that did my pedi seem new because I had never seen her there before. I don't mind newbies but the scrubbing was super gentle and I have really bad calluses on my heels to which I ask if she could re do it. She agreed but seemed bothered. She did the massage and was super soft when I asked for medium. I didn't ask for a strong massage because in previous visits (in which they never asked how I wanted the massage before) they would do a strong firm massage which I like but my veins usually hurt that's why I ask for a medium massage this time but it was not delivered. Then the hostess brought a complementary heated eye mask and asked me if I wanted to wear it to relax even more. To which I replied that I would of preferred to take it home (because I was watching a show) . Again I usually visit every two to three months. The hostess told me that for future reference they now ask them to wear it in the salon. I agreed to put it on to avoid conflict but it seemed like she got bothered because she said "it's okay you can take it home, put it in your purse" which to me was an unnecessary comment since I had already agreed to put it on. The hostess and the nail tech both looked at each other. I was never rude for them to act that way. I am a perdón that usually tips for services $10-$20 for my pedis depending on the service but not this time. I felt like if I was asking for a favor. Like if I owed anything to them. Not to mention the service was done around 3:09 not even an hour. They used to wrap your legs on a hot towel now they only wipe the lotion they put on your legs and send you on your way . Not the best service and I really used to love this place. I guess change is not always for the better. I miss Kevin btw he was a great nail tech. read more

I have been getting my nails professionally done for the past 10-12 years, and have visited various nail salons throughout the country. I have never been treated with such respect and kindness anywhere else, and their work is 5 star worthy! They are patient, and always make sure your nails are perfectly done. I highly recommend this salon, and all of their current employees. Reasonably priced and they have taken all of the necessary precautions to keep themselves and their customers safe during the pandemic. (I would also like to add that I had my nails done one week prior to the COVID-19 shut down, and my gel polish did not chip or lift for THREE MONTHS! Nope, definitely don't recommend this nail spa. Went in for a pedicure and the water was so cold. I told the nail tech & she moved me to another seat. So she turned on the water and again the water was cold. I asked the nail tech if this was normal & she said they ran out of hot water which is impossible as they are connected to a main water line in the shopping center. Then she said I came to late in the day & next time to go early... I was there at 6:30 PM. Absolutely not, there won't be a next time. I offerer to pay for the nail tech's time and she said it wasn't needed and I walked out. I could not finish the pedicure with cold water - I walked out with cold feet in the middle of winter! Not having hot water made me question the cleanliness of the spa & how hygienic their sanitation is for cleaning the pedicure tubs. Avoid this place. read more
