First time here at Pink Nails, and wow, what a treat! The service was awesome, the ambiance was on point, and the music choices were solid (I was vibin' the whole time). This establishment is in the same location that was previously named Luxury Nails. Luxury Nails closed down, and Pink Nails moved in. Pink Nails used to be located next to Albertsons. They offer a variety of services. I got a gel manicure and a Volcano Spa Pedicure. The nail technician was very gentle and detail oriented. There are massage chairs for the pedicures. And she even offered me a drink to relax. Walk-ins welcome. Forms of payment are cash, card, tap to pay. They are located behind Lululemon. Plenty of parking. read more

Very beautiful new nail salon that opened up on the same side as Whole Foods. It is not the same Pink Polish that is on the other side of the street - there are two right next to each other, so that can be very confusing. It's a bit small - but everything is very new, clean, and pretty. Instantly relaxing. I got a pedicure - it was sixty dollars for a mid to top tier one, so on par with the rest of El Paso higher end nail salons. My tech did a great job, but it did feel slightly rushed. The massage lasted about two minutes, which is unfortunate. I wish all nail salons used timers. Two weeks later the nail paint is just starting to chip, and it had held up great. Definitely worth a stop in. read more

Called before arrival to see if there would be a wait. There was not we came in and sat down right away which was great. Clean and friendly service. It was just two men inside pedicure and message were all great. Nothing like wow but not terrible. Only complaint I have is I came in wanting a design and he said he would try that he doesn't usually do designs so he gave it his best shot. My daughter don't even look like a flower. Enjoyed this cute nail salon Originally went thinking it was another nail salon, but they said that one closed and Pink Polish opened about 5 months ago. The massage chairs are always nice for pedicures. My technician was great and asked often if everything was okay. I enjoyed a mimosa while getting my toes done. My niece got her fingernails done for Easter. It's really nice that they invested in nail colors that are both basic polish and gel, so that way you don't have to look at a million different colors trying to find a similar one if you want basic on your fingernails and gel on your toes. My nails are so puffy they look like marshmallows, they vary in thickness and even in length they are not even close to the same sizes. The guy kept telling me "I don't understand you" and would literally just do whatever he wanted. Saying we all work differently. I paid $75 for a deluxe pedicure and it's supposed to include callus remover and massage.... that wasn't even done!!!! He VERY LIGHTLY touched my foot with the pumus scrub I mean like it hardly touched my skin and rubbed it twice on each side of my foot. Later he said ready for the massage? and only applied lotion. There was no massage. This place is literally a rip off. I will never return. read more

A few months ago, I had surgery on my left foot. I had my tibial sesamoid bone removed and the surgery had a few complications. It left me with no feeling in my big toe and the slightest rub on the scar area is like a shock from a 9 volt battery on the tongue. If you know the feeling, you can imagine how it feels running through your foot. Well, despite the discomfort of the left foot being touched, my wife demanded that I was getting a pedicure or I was sleeping with socks on. Yep. That bad. I have to say, they nail tech was absolutely amazing. In fact, the massage she did on that area of my foot actually helped with the nerve response in the foot. She was very attentive to protecting the scar area when removing the callus there while also protecting my marriage by getting rid of the callus there. I only have one complaint. I waited in the bathroom for 10 min and finally had to wash my own hands. Lol. Seriously. Great nail place. read more

Beautiful little Nail Salon on the Westside. Was pleasantly surprised to find this place. Super sweet owner. Offered me something to drink right away, made me feel like an old client. Had the regular pedicure just to get my toenails done after a bad application at a different place. She did a great job! Scrubbed my heals a bit and polished them perfectly. I was lucky she had an opening. Will be back even though it is a far drive. Service and product were great. And... my toes still have polish on them two days later, I'm pleased because it's the regular polish. I don't do well with the gel. Try this place out! It's worth it! read more

I've had my eye on this place for a while and finally saw that it opened. Once I came in I was greeted my super kind staff who helped me pick out what was best for my nails. The place is very nice and clean it doesn't smell like acetone or nail polish like other nail salons. The stations are so neat and they sanitize all of their tools which I really love, the artist that did my nails was so talented and gave me snacks. I got a manicure and my friend got a mani pedi. The lady that I got was super nice and did a great job. However, my friend got the man that was there and he gave her very bulbous, uneven nails after she requested square ones because he said that they were "too short" to do square ones even though mine were the same length. They do talk a lot in Vietnamese which I know is common for nail salons but it does make you wonder what they're talking about and makes the experience a little less relaxing. The place did look nice though and it's pretty inexpensive. read more

I was here from out of town and needed a quick manicure. The experience wasn't great. The towel at the station had someone else's nail clippings on it and they didn't switch it out. It was $30 for an average manicure with a $2 service fee. Overall, I wouldn't go back but it wasn't horrible. read more

I showed her a picture of what I wanted asking her if she could do it and then midway was like this is hard and it looked nothing like the picture. It acrylic nails weren't even shaped equally.
