A tad nervous about the process, the lady over the phone was very calming and informative about the service. She was able to answer all of my questions. The staff are all nice, friendly and quite classy if I might add. The look and feel of the spa is very modern and the decor is quite pretty. Everything appears clean and tidy. I've never waited more than 10 minutes for my appt when I've arrived. My esthetician always cleans/sanitizes the room before I go in. I started the laser hair removal process which takes multiple sessions for the hair follicle to no longer produce hair. I just completed my third session and even before that there is little to no hair at all on the treated area. Just a few strands. I am pleased with the laser hair removal service. I will consider a facial next.

The comfort of her clients is one of her main concerns throughout every session. She will ask you frequently regarding the pain levels and if you need to take any breaks. Reem always made sure I was feeling okay and comfortable in her chair. Even provided extra towel to make me feel comfortable being plus size in her chair. I will say after my second session of hair laser removal I saw instant results. My hair was much softer and barely seen any. Every session we communicated about our target points and focus point as well as any updated results. Recently, I went to see Reem for a custom facial... WOW!...I'm still lost of words of how amazing it was! It was relaxing ... room filled with the essential oils, the bedding and robe smelled oh so fresh and the suite was so clean (and sanitized!) The hot towel and beautiful mist helped not only clear out my black heads and white heads but it also made my face so glowy and smooth! My face never felt so hydrated! Wrapping up with some ice rollers and a massage and pressure points which helped put me in the most uplifted mood! During all and every session; Reem continues to provide me with guidance and product recommendations that helped me during my self care regime at home. Reem is honestly the best and I look forward to more sessions with her! Even surprised some family members with some giftcards so they can enjoy her amazing services! Therefore; I highly recommend her! You won't be disappointed, that's a promise!

I don't see Dr. Mandrea. I see his physician assistant, Ms. Bernice Johnson. She is absolutely…read moreadorable and very sweet. She NEVER rushes me, and really takes time to examine me and answer all of my questions. She has never made me feel dumb, and has never made me feel like I was wasting her time. Her assistants are also very nice. Even though they are always busy, she and her assistants are always in a good/cheerful mood and can usually crack a joke or two. So, I would give her a 10 if I could!! With that being said, the front desk staff is 50/50. When I first started going (back in March 2012) the front desk staff was terrible! They were so rude. They wouldn't even acknowledge I was there or look up from whatever they were doing. Then while I was in the waiting room, they would discuss some inappropriate things...and everyone in the waiting room could hear them. However, on my last two visits, I noticed there was a different lady at the front desk. She was much better :) Wait time in the waiting room really depends on the day. Sometimes they get me in right on time. But I have had to wait 15-20 min before. They have a TV and a water cooler, so it's not terrible. Be advised, it will take a while to get an appointment. Don't think you can get one same day, or even the same week. They are a busy office. I've been to other dermatologists in the past, and Ms. Bernice Johnson is the best. She's worth the wait. I tell everyone about her and recommend her to all of my friends and family.

Unlike other dermatologists I've seen, Dr. Mandrea seemed to understand that I was there to get these conditions treated, not to be told that they weren't life threatening. I'm still going through treatment for both, but at each appointment the doctor has looked to see how I'm doing and adjusted my routine based on what is and isn't working. Wait time has been about average, besides one time when he was running late coming from another location. The front room staff let everyone know and gave us an ETA so we could run out to take care of what we needed to in the surrounding area.
