This farm is extremely overpriced!!! It was $98.50 for my family of 5 to go. That price includes a lot but there are still plenty of other things it does not include. The corn crib and kids hay maze was shut down today which are 2 of my kids favorites. We were originally supposed to go with my neighbors the day prior and ended up needing to wait until the next day. My sweet neighbor got there early and had bought 2 of our wristbands so she gave them (unused) to me to use the very next day since she had already purchased them and they do not allow refunds. When we arrived the next day they had a different color wristband and would not honor the 2 unused wristbands. I felt this was extremely greedy. It would not have hurt them to be kind and honor this situation. This is an annual tradition for my family and we will not be returning next year!! read more

The farm was ok but many things were closed on Saturday 10/24/20. They also closed early and would not give money back to people in our group that were turned away at the gate AFTER THEY HAD ALREADY BOUGHT TICKETS. We had gone here for a church event but will not do it again. You just lost our business. You should not be able to take money from someone ahead of time, close it with no warning and not return the money. Not good! This one day will cost you more in future business than you would have lost by returning the money. read more

SAVE YOU MONEY. I moved from California, everything is super expensive. Haha, NO. This "Farm" is a rip-off. 17 a person to get in, that's kids over 2. Family of 4 $74 was my total. You cannot even go into the damn store to buy anything without paying admission and getting a wrist band. It's really not a whole lot going on. Food sucks, got some popcorn, that was ok. They have a pumpkin patch, but it's not the one you see going in. No, you get to wait in a very very very long line that hardly moves for 30-60 minutes to go select a pumpkin. Want to buy a pumpkin? Ya that's another 30 + minutes, line was slow as hell. Only good thing here is pumpkins are .49 cents a pound, oh wait no they are not, you have to pay $17 to get in, so really if you just showed up and got a pumpkin it would be $17 plus price of pumpkin. What's good? Some slides, a jumper thing, a swing, a lame corn maze that is sad as hell. Just stay away and go somewhere else. I hope this plays shuts downs read more

My toddlers had the BEST time! Such a cute thing they have going on with plenty of activities for everyone in the family. Food is WAY overpriced and not good. Me and my two sons visited honeysuckle hill farms this weekend. I'm not sure they were open for the season yet as there was a private wedding but we were able to go on in and enjoy the attractions. I will check back in later after we have visited again but I can say this. Kids love this place. The corn popper is a huge trampoline built into the ground. It was amazing. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for family fun. read more

My mom paid over $160 for my sister, aunt, wife, 3 yr old son, and herself. Bought their tickets online only to sit in traffic for about an hour which that wasn't the problem. The main problem is being told they aren't issuing refunds and got turned away because cops started sending people back home. I've seen other complaints on Facebook about uncooked pizzas to not having enough food. You don't run a business unprepared. If you're gonna offer tickets at least do online only. It makes it more reasonable, everyone has a smart phone or knows someone who does. If you don't want to get in trouble with the BBB I suggest you guys contact the news to issue an apology as well as refunding those who got turned away and no longer use gate tickets. Call it first come first serve all you want but I'm gonna say it like it is. My 3 year old was disappointed my pregnant wife was disappointed. My mom is wondering how to get her money back. God knows how much money you took from other people. So get ya self together and run it the way it should. Didn't expect a huge turnout? Well I just gave you an answer it's called online only. Sorry for all those reading it but I was wanting to go after work but they don't even want to go back there. This is a great way to spend a saturday or sunday in the fall! They have a pumpkin patch, pet and feed-able farm animals, giant slides, a hayride, PIG RACES, and a corn maze in the form of giant Johnny Cash's FACE! so so great. One flaw: for a place that specializes in pumpkin patches, theirs was really small/limited, though i ended up with 2 great ones for $4 a piece in the end, so no harm/foul. Tons of good kid-stuff, and pretty darned fun for big-kids too (ahem, me). They even take credit cards at the farm store, where you can buy all manner of gourds, cider by the cup, and lots of other home made goodies. This was a truly lovely and cheap way to spend a fall day. read more

The Daytime activities at Honeysuckle Hill Farm are fun and are great for a variety of ages. The downsides are: -not enough restrooms and the restrooms were filthy and not maintained -food- the food is ridiculously over priced and they stay open until 11 on the weekends but closed the only spot to get "real food" at 6 pm leaving a lot of families mad and hungry. -Add ons: for an $11.95 admission fee, several things are not included and you end up spending way too much on activities that should be included. -super long lines for everything The scream woods and zombie paintball attractions: Unfortunately, I do not have one good thing to say about these experiences. -slasher pass: I paid $10 extra for the slasher pass for each family member. There were no "fast pass lines" instead you had to cut line and have everyone in line angry and making you look like a complete jerk. We got some angry glares and nasty comments for our $40 extra spent. - zombie paintball. What a crappy experience. We were lined up in a shipping container with the guns mounted on a counter and 3 zombies came towards us to shoot. It lasted less than 7 minutes. -Haunted woods: so poorly lit and laid out that if you didn't have a cell phone or flashlight you couldn't see a path or where to go. The stops were far a part. The characters did touch, push and even separated me from my 9 year old son. Even though we never touched or even spoke to any of the characters. It was a horrible experience and I'm shocked people haven't gotten hurt there. We will never be back. Overall $200 was spent for a family of 4 for 4 hours and we left disappointed and hungry. read more

They advertise that they have a pumpkin patch. It was just an open field that they put pre-picked pumpkins in. There is no actual pumpkin patch. There is no actual anything there. They buy EVERYTHING pre-made and then sell it for jacked up prices. It costs 12 dollars a person just to get through the door. After that, you literally have to pay for EVERYTHING you want to do. Two dollars for a hayride. Two dollars for the pumpkin train or cow train. It's just ridiculous that they bait people with advertising and then the product isn't worth it. We had a great time at Honeysuckle Hill Farm! However, when purchasing the tickets I noticed later that I was charged twice for my order. I submitted something on the contact us section of their website and heard nothing back for over a week. I called and was eventually put in touch with someone. The women I was put in touch with had poor response time and ended up telling me she could only put the tickets onto next year's season. However, I do not live in the area so I will probably not be back in the area next season. I expressed this to her and was told she couldn't give me a refund because the tickets are nonrefundable. I understand this and I wasn't trying to get a refund for the tickets that I purchased, I am trying to get money back for tickets that I did not purchase but their system charged me for twice. I have been trying to resolve this issue for over a month with several follow up emails throughout this trying to get responses but often not getting one for over a week at a time. read more

Gosh, I feel like all I am doing lately is writing poor reviews. I can't seem to get away from poorly managed, rude employees, and paying high prices for a minimal return in product. Where are the days of under promising and over delivering. $57 bucks for two adults to stand four hours in two lines! Not worth it at all! Very disappointed. We brought 8 family members there on Halloween and left after an hour because of boredom. Walden farms and lucky Ladd farms are way more fun for the whole family. When we were paying to get in it cost $26.23 for just my daughter and I. I had $26 in cash and they made me walk all the way back to my car to get 23cents... They advertised "Trick or Treating" for Halloween and it was just 6 teenagers passing out tootsie pops and bubble gum... We saw the pitiful pig races and the smell of urine and feces almost made me sicker than the feeling I had watching these poor animals run around a small fenced in cage. We were barely there an hour and wasted a lot of money bringing 8 people there. I told them we were not happy and they said no refunds. Never again.. read more

This place is amazing! There is a lot to do for the whole family. The pumpkins are $0.49 a pound which is a great price. Cheaper than a lot of places for pumpkins. The slide and swings are fun. We waited about 20 minutes in the line just to get our car on the property to cart then waited another who knows how long and an extremely long line to buy a ticket. The tickets are $20 apiece even for two-year-olds. There are activities inside that cost extra like walking around a flower area. All the lines to get food or go on an activity or long. It was extremely hard to take a two year old there and wait and all the long lines, especially when they got hungry. We ended up just leaving instead of waiting to get some mediocre food. The poor girl at the lemonade stand was getting stung by bees. I just think this as it could use a lot of organization and take it easier on the prices for extra activities because you pay so much and wait so long to get it. It was just overwhelming to wait and all the long lines. I will not be back. Also had a hard time finding some activities, things are scattered everywhere with no signs and no staff to help direct you. There is also a gift store and a pumpkin patch but I was not about to be charge for even more after I spent about $100 on just getting into the area and buying a pretzel some popcorn lemonade and water. We took advantage of the discount pricing Sept 30th on Hometown Heroes Day. When my children were young, there way a place in Upstate NY that we went to every year and they have some wonderful memories - I was hoping to find something similar to make memories with my grandchildren. This was simply wonderful. We had lots of fun. Contrary to other posts, the bathrooms were clean and they were not backed up. The young people that work there are polite and full of energy. The food did start running out toward the end of the evening but they were willing to give refunds. This is the one night that they also have fireworks and they did not disappoint. The fireworks went on for a good 45 minutes and just when you think you saw the finale, they had more right behind those. We will absolutely go back, there were many things that we didn't have time to do! read more

Been to Lucky Ladd, Gentry and Walden. This was is our favorite! We also went on a Monday with the school kids instead of with everyone else on a weekend. We made a trip to Honeysuckle Hill Farm just to buy pumpkins, so I can only make a review of the little Farmer's Market area. I thought the young teenage cashiers were unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. I had a very unpleasant experience that made me wish I'd just gone to Walmart and bought a pumpkin out of a crate. I've never written a negative review about anything, but this place deserves one. They are obviously too busy to value their visitors or make them feel welcomed. The teenage employees should be trained in basic etiquette in dealing with customers. I gave a rating of two stars for two reasons only: 1. The older gentleman who helped us select and load our pumpkins was so very kind and helpful. Talking to him was the only positive thing from our trip. 2. So since there's nowhere to leave a review of this place, I'll just do it here. My family and I were out there Saturday the 28th of September. We were having a great time, till my son wanted to go down the slide at Miners Mountain. We didn't think anything of it till I went up with him. The kid manning the slide was totally oblivious to anyone's safety or well being. Letting multiple people go down this slide at once and risking serious injuries. Someone there needs to better mandate safety issues instead of just saying you aren't responsible for injuries. My son actually did get hurt going down this slide due to too many kids going at once and this kid totally negating any sort of safety. Someone is going to get seriously hurt unless these rides are much safer. Also, the admission to this place is WAY overpriced! Those prices are amusement park prices, and once you're actually in the "farm" you have to pay individual, ridiculous prices to do their stuff since not everything is included with your admission. I'd figure since this place has been around for a log time, they'd have made some improvements, but alas I was dead wrong. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! read more

We visited on 10/6/18. Even though they claim to be a 200 acre farm, only maybe 20 if that is used for the overpriced admission at $16.95 per person. Once in, their cow train which is nothing but cut barrels to ride in were worn out. The "Hay" ride has no hay in it whatsoever and was just a worn out metal wagon that when you walk onto it, the floor moves with you. In the petting zoo area, we told a lady dressed as Mother goose that a pig looked sickly to which she replied and I quote, "Jeff has so much on his plate overseeing this place he just doesn't have time to deal with a pig." I'm sorry but if you own animals you make the time. Pumpkins were just laid out in a field and most were already rotten. Food was seriously overpriced. $8.00 for a souvenir cup of coke with no alternatives, $2.00 for a capri sun. $7.00 for a half filled bag of kettle corn. I get you have to make money, but that is theme park prices. I liked their covered eating areas, but alot of maintenance needs to be done on this farm. My son had his 1st field trip today! Yay! Honeysuckle Hill Farm, cool. Pumpkins, playing in corn, animals, zip line, slides.. awesome. After the buses left, we were gonna walk around a little longer and let the kids play. We noticed that everything was closed so we decided to let them slide for a couple minutes then go. THE OWNER of the farm comes over and says "hey. Y'all have to get out. My employees can't leave until y'all do so you have to go." Um.. RUDE. Then he proceeds to "herd" us to the exit. As we are walking to the exit I hear one of his employees say to someone "hey, I'm sorry guys but we close at 1:30pm. If you could make your way to the exit, we appreciate it. Thanks!" I turned around to the owner and said "that was much nicer." And pointed to the employee. Y'all, I won't go back there. It was rude and hateful and then for him to follow us to the exit was just ridiculous. That situation could have been handle SOOOOO different. read more

First, my kids had a great time here. Yesterday was our third visit to this pumpkin patch/farm. They have a great pumpkin train pulled by a tractor that takes you to the pumpkin patch. If you have gloves bring them, some pumpkins are still attached to the vine and they can be prickly. Gloves are not necessary, just be aware. Especially, with the little ones. So there are lots of fun activities for the kids, geared mostly for 5 and up. They have a corn box that's more fun than you would expect. There's Apple blasters($5)a sort Apple cannon (fun!), ziplines(1free, 1 for a fee), rock climbing wall($5), rock mining ($5),a big slide, lots of playground areas, and a swing ride. So much fun! Now for the downsides. If your reading this and go to this farm you'll be aware and not leave feeling a little jilted. So they have online prices and at the gate prices. The online prices are stated to be $3 cheaper. I went on a Thursday, it was $10 cheaper at the gate than what I was quoted online for a family of 5. They charge a convenience fee online that eats up the savings. Glad I decided to take a chance. The zipline that you pay extra for is only opened on the weekends. If you want more to snack on than hotdogs and kettle corn go on the weekends. I really wanted a lemonade, only on weekends. I don't like weekend crowds, but lemonade would've been great. A regular sized bottle of water was $3, same for sodas. Luckily, I had my own beverages. My youngest wanted to do the rock mining (didn't look impressive to me, but my kid is into rocks) unfortunately there was no attendant there. Over the past 5 years of living in the area I've come to this farm 3x. It used to be the best bargain in the area, today not so much. They've added attractions over the years and increased the amount of eating locations. Some of the staff need to pay better attention. While pushing my little wheel barrel to my car I was chased down bc he didn't think I had paid for my pumpkins. Led to an awkward/annoying moment while leaving. Some of the staff I remembered from years past, reminds me that this place is family owned so they get a pass on a lot of the negatives, in my book!Chances of us going back next year are high. we came here today to pick our halloween pumpkins and had a great time. i'm surprised by all the reviews here complaining about the cost, b/c there's a lot that's included w/ the general admission. you get a playground, a petting zoo (w/ goats, bunnies, chickens, and pigs), a mini-trampoline area, a duck pond, a corn maze, a complimentary mini pumpkin, and pig races! yes, there are some things that cost extra (a climbing wall, zip line, pumpkin cannon, and train ride), but you can choose to skip these and still have a fun-filled visit. i could see a family w/ young kids spending the whole day at the farm w/out getting bored. next time we will bring my nieces. =) read more

The concessions aren't up to par for what they charge to enter. $3 for a bottled soda or lemonade so for a family of 4, add another $12 on top of the $56 to enter, for drinks excluding any food. The admin. price doesn't equal the experience. As others have said, you don't get the bang for your buck. You pay to get in and then have to pay again to do practically anything. The pig racing is the best part (partly b/c it's one of the few free events), but even that wasn't as good this year. If you don't have kids, there isn't much to do. This place sounded fun and like a decent deal. BUT, $10 is a rip off. They say you get a "free" pumpkin. The pumpkin is included in the price of the ticket, but the pumpkin is a tiny pie pumpkin. For a family of 4, the place costs $43. You get a hayride to the pumpkin patch and a mini pumpkin. Most of the other stuff then costs an extra $1. The slides, playground, and sandbox were free. Oh, and you could look at some animals for free. You might as well go to the playground down the street and go on the slides and swings there. At least it's free. Then, go to a little mom and pop farm for a $3 hayride and pick one or two huge pumpkins. It'll still be cheaper. If you like Halloween commercialized intensely, this might be the place for you. If you're just looking for a hayride so you can pick your own pumpkin, I'd look elsewhere. read more

I normally do not write bad reviews but this was the absolute worst family trip I have ever had. On Saturday, November 3rd, we had driven over an hour to get to honeysuckle, spent $82 on tickets, even invited our friends from out of town, all to have everything, except the corn maze, shut down 15 minutes after our arrival. Since there are no refunds we tried to make the best of our time, completed the corn maze three times, then attempted to play on the swing set just to help satisfy our children who were looking forward to a night of family fun, only to get yelled at by a very rude man. When we tried to express our discontent, he proceeded to tell us to "go buy something at the market" or "to complete the corn maze again". He was very discourteous and I was appalled at his customer service. Not only was he rude, but when we asked why they did not inform us that everything was closing early, he told us there are no lights and never have been. This was not my first time at honeysuckle farms, so I do know that was a lie. It was an awful ending to an already upsetting night. Overall, I felt under informed, embarrassed and all around unhappy about our trip. read more

Exceptionally Excellent! This place is awesome. After a leery ride to find the place, signage on the route is limited, we weren't expecting much. But, WOW! The owner was so nice and kind and helpful and friendly. The guides were so safe and patient and kind and friendly. The place is super clean and nice and above all SAFE! The zip line experience is wonderful. The guides were super patient, explaining and re-explaining and encouraging. The 8 zip lines and 3 rickety plank bridges located in a beautiful peaceful forest with streams and foliage was wonderful. We bought our tickets through Groupon and got more than our money's worth. We tipped the guides generously as we were so thoroughly impressed with this place. A must if you are ever in the Nashville area. We can't wait to invite friends to join us next time! read more

This place was not at all worth the $15 price per person. First, the admission price does not even include all the attractions, and several of the "free" ones were broken like the spider slide and 3 of the 4 duck race water pumps. The corn maze shouldn't even be called a maze. It was basically a bunch of intersecting trails with no dead ends at all that just circled back to the beginning, providing a waste of 15 minutes of our lives. The concessions were a rip off considering they don't sell fountain drinks individually without either buying a meal that includes one or spending $8 on the souvenir cup, which is ridiculous when they sell items like nachos that can't be bought as a meal. Finally, my daughter and her grandmother rode the pumpkin train and were told afterwards that they could pick two of the small pumpkins to take with them. My mother confirmed with them that they were free, but after carrying the things around for two hours, the lady at the store and the security guard tried to force us to pay for them despite the earlier promise of them being free. Very poor customer service, terrible food value, and a lack of attractions for the high price of entry. read more
