Even going thru the drive thru you could hear how nice Hannah our clerk was. My husband due to an illness does not get out a lot. Every time we go there they ask him hows he's doing and you can tell its sincere and she truly wants to know. Customer service only during business hours, so if you have issues with your debit card you will have to wait until Monday morning to sort it out. The only upside is that they do know your name when you stop by the branch or call in to get help. However with most any other modern bank you wouldn't need to have to call in or stop by a branch to get assistance.

I contacted Edgewater Bank the following morning, asking if they would be able to help me with this loan. They responded immediately and processed my application within a few hours. One week later, the Small Business Administration approved my loan and I received the funds shortly after. The people at Edgewater demonstrated exceptional customer focus and professionalism and I only wish I could give them a ten-star rating instead of the maximum allowed by Yelp of five!

Why does fifth third set you up to fail? They have changed…read moreso much. Use to be a great bank. They use to have the feature of showing exactly how much you have in bank after you have paid bills. Hardly anyone balances a checkbook anymore. Since they no longer pay a bill within 24 hrs like they use to. They wait about 5 to 28 days and pay it when they please So you have to deal with late fees. So I paid about $600 worth of bills this check and 8 days later my account still says I have the money. Pisses me off. I want to know exactly what I have you ASSHOLES. Your going down fifth third Bank! I've heard so many other complaints. SMH. Treat your loyal customers better or you will lose us! Btw. Fuck you!
