It seems as if they purchased this system before they tested it. It has many flaws and causes confusion. They just dropped it on us customers one day and asked for feedback and questions. They seem to ignore all feedback and answer questions with poor explanations. Bottom line is that they seem to have acquired a poor Bill Pay structure and now customers are just stuck it. Not a great way to make customers happy. Someone should look into how well they evaluated and tested with Bill Pay before they committed to it. Not great at all.
