The results are awful to me but I understand that the legal services are like this; sometimes you end up spending the huge amount of money for nothing. What I am disappointed the most is my latest payment I made to him, $2,500 (I think) for the settlement negotiation. I paid this extra money because he said that he can help me negotiating the settlement. But, I ended up writing a letter to the bank, he only email it to their lawyer. After that, I inquired him about it, he just told me that he doesn't hear back from them. As of today, his attitude is still he will follow up and update me when he receives a response. If he never receives the response, I think he is not going to do anything. I paid him for the settlement negotiation. If there is no settlement negotiation, I wish to get the money back.

My late husband Chris Eugene Moss and I never received a single cent from the buyer Brittany M Morgan. But the fraud is on Pickens County GA Clerk Office in December of 2010. I have been homeless since 2019. I have Pickens Sheriff's Office Reports, and still nothing has been done on my behalf, as I have been physically impaired for years. I just wonder about the due process of the federal constitution of the fifth and fourteenth amendments. They have intentionally denied Tonya the restitution that I deserve. Other cases after the criminal activities committed against Tonya Moss and that gives me the right to fairness to live. But I am hurt because they allowed child kidnappings, and that's going to Courts somewhere else.
