I have watched Bill Pickett lose three separate cases which should have been easy victories,…read moreespecially where the other side was not even represented by an attorney. In each case, he was unprepared and exhibited little knowledge of any actual law. That doesn't stop him, however, from trying to put on a good show for his clients, where he depends on aggression and intimidation in place of genuine skill with the law. His basic command of the English language is frequently lacking, His is very egocentric, and I have seen it used against him. On one occasion, he ended up tossing papers about the courtroom and resorting to angry insults towards the other side when he could not successfully argue. It is a cliche' to say that an attorney has no ethics; Bill Pickett is the reason the cliche' exists. He will do whatever he can to try and win without any ethical consideration at all. If you're looking for someone who relies on intimidation, he's your guy. If you need someone who has a solid grasp of nuances of the law, run away. (Just imagine the bully "Biff" from the Back to the Future Movies, and then make him a grown wearing an expensive suit in a courtroom.) Bill Pickett is a southern fried buffoon. I understand that he has ambitions of being a judge. Lord help those who enter his courtroom.
