The parts cost and the labor at $166.62 per hour. Gave them a $500 dollar deposit. They bill us for 6 hours labor to replace a leveling value. There was an issue with the leveling value they brought out and had to use part of the old one to make it work. 6 hours to drive 84 miles and replace a leveling valve and the part was billed $1727.80. Rocky mountain truck centers are todays version of HIGHWAY ROBBERS.

Finally came out and was still watching football on his phone while talking to us. He then told us that our service had been declined (my car had been sitting there all day and we were needing to get home to pueblo). No one called to inform me that my service had been canceled. So now we will have to drive home to pueblo in the dark on a donut tire, adding more time to our trip. Please work on customer service and phone answering skills.
