We called Wayne's Towing and within 1 hour of calling them they were on site and had the cargo trailer loaded on one of their flat beds. Their driver really knew what he was doing and was able to get the trailer loaded by himself without damaging the trailer. He towed it into a repair shop in Pueblo Colorado for us and unloaded it into a tight spot where it could be repaired. They could have really taken advantage of our situation because we were stranded off the highway without many options. Instead they promptly took care of our problem and their charge for service was reasonable and fair. I will not hesitate to call these guys if I an ever in need of a tow in or around Pueblo. We called no less than 18 tow and roadside companies for assistance. Many refused to help. Others were unable to help due to restrictions with their equipment or location. Mr Roadside, Mario, took our call at 5:37pm. He was in Pueblo 45 minutes from our breakdown on C25 exit 140. He did not hesitate to come to our aide. Within an hour he got us off the freeway off-ramp and to the repair shop about 6 miles away. He followed us until we dropped the trailer to make sure we arrived safely. They recommended Tom's Towing in Pueblo. Greg, the driver showed up as fast as he could get there, having given him verbally the many dirt roads he had to travel and he did not have a problem getting there (first person to be able to do that, but he has a very efficient way of following difficult instructions which he shared with us). Bottom line, it was a very pleasureable experience considering our situation. He got us back to Colorado Springs Dealership so we could drop our truck off and he also swung by our house so I could pick up my car to bring my husband home from the dealership. We all had a good time on the drive with friendly conversation as Greg is a very personable guy with a great sense of humor. I'm not sure if city reps get kickbacks from RMA, but they choose not to investigate, hear complaints, nor hold them accountable. RMA has free reign on properties that sign them under contract. They can tow any vehicle of their choosing. They charge out of their ass to get your car back. And if you don't pay in their time frame, they keep the car. They are a "legal" auto theft ring, that pays the city government money to stay in business. In turn, they close their eyes to their business practices.

I spent $3,000 at other local Pueblo car dealership for multiple issues and I was finally referred to T's by a family member and I spent less than $700 and my car was fixed. My car is old so it runs into problems often and T's is the ONLY place in Pueblo that will fix it for a VERY good price and will have it done so quickly. Each time my car has never taken more than 2-3 days MAX! They ALWAYS call and approve w me before they do any work on the car about price and parts even if something comes up, they will call. I ended up taking it to the Honda dealership and after they ran the diagnostic it was exactly what I had told T's . So after dropping almost $500 at Ts I had pay more than that for the actual problem to get fixed. T's is good for small maintenance jobs but other that if you need something dealer specific then it's best to go that route
