The team stated that they didn't have a drill bit for brick (not sure how on that big truck) and had to run and get some (another hour billed for lunch for all I know...) but when getting this bill, it had $200 of tools on it including extension cords, etc. What is really irritating is that I had to insist on an itemized bill to find all of this out. I have a failure and warranty issue with a couple of light fixtures, which I brought to their attention over a month ago. When I go by the store, it seems it is always closed, even during their "regular" business hours. When I call, it's an answering machine (or voice mail). What a terrible way to run a business.
