I am posting this here because the owner & parent company have a surprising lack of online presence for reviews to be posted, which seems strategic. Our experience with Perfect Performance NFL Flag Football in Virginia Beach during the Spring 2025 season was extremely disappointing and frustrating. This continues a pattern of issues that began when Perfect Performance took over league management in Fall 2024. The Spring 2025 season was delayed by three weeks due to "uniform shipping delays," forcing teams into doubleheaders to catch up. Bad weather led to further postponements and cancellations, with no clear backup plan in place. The season ended up extending two weeks beyond schedule, causing many players to miss games, teams to forfeit, and the playoff structure to become disorganized and unfair. It was clear the league had no contingency plans in place and were making last minute scheduling decisions without considering the impact to players. According to the league's own website, registration fees cover six regular season games plus playoffs, but most teams only played three games total. Despite this, multiple requests for partial refunds have gone completely unanswered, and no accountability has been taken. Communication throughout the season was poor, with last-minute updates and nonexistent customer service. Sadly, the same issues were present in Fall 2024, the first season under Perfect Performance's management -- and nothing has improved since. At this point, I cannot recommend Perfect Performance NFL Youth Flag Football to other families in Virginia Beach or any other area they cover. Specific examples of how they run things ... *The girls flag games were left off the schedule completely. *Multiple games were scheduled to played at the same time on the same field. *Team schedules weren't updated so no one knew when they were supposed to play and who. *Unanswered emails and phone calls The kids NFL flag league just lost all players at the hands of perfect performances and they don't care. The kids lost out on a chance to learn and grow as athletes and perfect performance doesn't care. Do not trust this company to organize anything! I wouldn't trust them to match my socks!
