The owner even debated with me over some of the damage as the crew member denied it. We felt that they use nice polite workers that appear to work hard. However, there was no crew leader and it was a free for all loading and unloading our belongings. We had everything packed and marked as to where it should be placed in the new home, it just didn't happen 50% of the time unless we were on top of them constantly. Young guys that seem to have this as a way to make a living and no skin in the game, so to speak. Having said all this, we enjoyed talking with them and actually was able to gift them quite a few pieces of belongings we couldn't keep and helped them personally. We tried to empty out as much as we could to quickly realize we needed the help of professionals. In just two sessions, Carlos and his team were able to COMPLETELY clean out our residence. This included everything in all cabinets in a very stocked kitchen and two bathrooms, three King sized beds, three very large mounted TVs along with their mounting, five couches and all screws and wall hangings.
