Jack who was our sales/ consultant was awesome as was Teddi who is a manger. Very responsive & great at answering questions. We were able to get a great deal on a metal roof. The crew did a great job. Dedicated, friendly, & very hard working. They didn't rush but worked methodically as they should have. There was supervision when needed but they knew what they were doing. They also made sure to diligently clean up everything after the tear off including another run with the nail magnet the day after tear off to make sure everything was picked up. After I signed and put the amount down I was added to schedule. Was sent message on date within 2 more days. Crew showed up I showed them where they were going and they started. It did not take long for them to build seemless gutters and hang them. Crew was nice and professional also. I got exactly what I wanted and the price for material and installation was still better than other quotes for jut material. I did call 2 others that also added install but they were 6 months out. In 1 week, I went from estimate to install. Definitely recommend Indy Roofs.
