The police called for a tow for her. Affordable Towing came and towed her car out of the ditch and then to their shop. They offered to drop my wife and kids off at the local Denny's while she waited for me to get there(it was 1.5 hour drive for me). When I met up with my wife she was still shook up but said how grateful she was for how nice Affordable Towing was. She couldn't tell me what was wrong with the car...but my wife's version didn't sound like the car was too bad of shape, so after I picked her up we went to Affordable Towing business so I could see the car. I called on the way, and they said they weren't their because it was a busy night, but the guy(I feel bad I don't remember his name) made a special trip back to show me the car. Yeah, my wife did a horrible job explaining the damage to me. The car was totaled. The tow truck driver was awesome, he went above and beyond. It was still snowing, temperatures below freezing and I asked if I could grab all of our belongings out of the car since we were sure we were not getting it back. He not only allowed us to, but he helped carry several loads of belonging out of our totaled car and loaded it in the back of my SUV. He was very genuine and kind. I couldn't have asked for a better towing experience. Another funny thing was a couple days later when the insurance company called to tell us that the car was indeed totaled.....the adjuster made several comments about how impressed he was with the towing company and how they were the nicest, friendliest and most helpful towing company he had ever worked with in all the time he had worked for Gieco. I hope to NEVER need a tow again........but if I do and Im in the area of New Castle Indiana, I would definitely use Affordable 24hr Towing again!

    on 09/19/2019 my car was towed from Hoosier woods apartments where my son was visiting to babysit…read morefor his nephew due to unplanned childcare issues when he got up at 6 am he realized his car was missing after investigation we learned that his car was towed due to not having a parking pass I immediately contacted the tow company and asked if they did in fact have my car they stated they did and it would cost 280 dollars to get my car back I immediately went to the tow company to find they were in fact were not open i looked online and seen they were due to open at 9 i returned at 9am where the business was still closed i called the number on the door and asked what time they were planning on opening they said around 930am i sat in the parking lot and waited for someone to show up they did arrive at 930 i had seen on the sign that they accepted all cards so when i went in they asked what car i was there for and if i had my license and $280 cash i did not have cash due to they sign saying they took cards i was very frustrated by this point so i had to leave once again to go obtain cash when i returned they asked for my keys and stated they would bring my car around they then waited on the guy behind me and then sent him to get his car when asked why i had to wait further for them to bring my car and the other customer was able to get his own car they said i was frustrated then they came outside and began yelling at me because i asked them if they were accredited with the bbc

My request was answered quickly and i was able to have the work done in minutes. Also, it was done much cheaper than I was expecting. I definitely recommend this service for anyone in the same boat.

    DONT SEND YOUR CARS TO HIM!…read more He does great work. He really does. But his customer service sucks. We sent someone to him because he does good work AND gives payment options. So the people I sent his way, needed to hold back one more week for the last payment. And yes, he is upset and I get it. But the fact that he didn't message them, and instead start sending me nasty messages. [ again, not my car he fixed, and not me that made a payment arrangement, becuase again, this wasent me or my car that went to him. All I did was send someone his way ] So when he started sending me nasty messages, I snapped back at him and reminded him that I'm not the one he needs to be messaging me. But to him, HE assumes if you send someone his way, he HOLDS YOU RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR PAYMENTS! So after I snapped back at him, and he started making threats to me. [ again, not once has he messaged these other people about their agreement. Instead he comes to me! What a joke. I'm not a business owner or anything but I thought it was between the customer and the owner, and between the Guy who is recommending people to him and the owner about someone else's payment. So let me ask yall this. Should he of messaged the customer NICELY about their agreement? Or should he of messaged the guy that's recommending his shop to these customer's? I know things has changed in the world, but I always thought it was the customers responsibility of their own bill, and not the guy recommending. Thoughts? AND again, he does GREAT work. Just shouldnt be running a business if you can't figure out who to contact when a customer is late on their bill.
