WOW, like 75% NOT covered by the practice exams. Just the start. Went back and did not focus on the tests as much (as they are virtually useless as they do not cover most of the exam) and did the sections again trying to focus on the questions that were on the exam and not on practice tests. Had to manually go back page by page to do this. With some being almost 100 pages, I used their live chat to see if I was just missing the way to start it over. No response. Said to click submit to get an email response, but there was not submit button? Tried again later in the afternoon, same. Tried again a day later with that and an additional question/comment, still NO RESPONSE. I am not being hyperbolic by saying I tried to use their "Live Chat" 8+ times over multiple days and NEVER got a response by chat or email. Study guide and customer service is TERRIBLE. Do not waste your money as I did.

We were invited to a birthday party at Bongo Boy, and boy did we have some bongo fun. I've been to…read moremany kid birthday parties at many different venues, and Bongo Boy impressed me because everything was so well organized. From start to finish, the birthday party went really well, all the kids had a great time, and you could tell that the staff at Bongo Boy had done this before and they were in charge of the situation. From the perspective of a guest, the party was super relaxed and fun for everyone. They started with some balloon play, which consisted of just putting some balloons out, turning on some music and letting the kids go at them. Honestly, you could probably just set kids up in a bare room with balloons and they would have a good time for an hour, but then it was time to play with some simple percussion instruments. The kids played with those for a while, and then we took a break and ate food and cake. Afterward, we got into a circle and beat on the bongos! We banged on the bongos for a good while, and it makes a lot of noise, so just be aware of that if you have kids who might be sensitive to noise. (My kids had to take a break after a while because it got too stimulating for them.) The birthday party ended with some more balloon play, and everyone left smiling. Bingo Boy does family music time / family drum circles every Saturday at 9:30 a.m., as of this writing. For a small fee, your family can spend the morning making music together. Pretty awesome!

The quality is amazing! Remitha Lynn provided great instruction and was available to assist along the way to provide guidance. The price for the class was super reasonable. It was commensurate to the price of a pair of quality gloves from the store, but here I received an experience and skill! I highly recommend it!

Instead a rep named Rich kept calling and it was like talking to a used car or a timeshare sales person. Super frustrating. I was interested but his tactic of avoiding answering my questions was a red flag from the get go. So it was a huge NO for me. I will do an internship instead with a bartender and get hands on tutelage. Especially after reading their reviews. Such a waste of my time and energy.
