It was all pre-cooked and all we had to do was reheat it. The drawback was the filet was difficult to reheat and have a pan sear yet keep it medium rare. I figured out how to pull it off and it was remarkable. Even the next day there was so much meat which we rarely eat and just heating up a pan high heat with vegetable oil and searing for a couple of minutes did the trick!
