The potatoes were exceptional! My husband loved the dessert! The gravy was good as always!!!! We are so grateful to Walter for doing all the heavy lifting this year regarding Christ as dinner! It was all pre-cooked and all we had to do was reheat it. The drawback was the filet was difficult to reheat and have a pan sear yet keep it medium rare. I figured out how to pull it off and it was remarkable. Even the next day there was so much meat which we rarely eat and just heating up a pan high heat with vegetable oil and searing for a couple of minutes did the trick! It was VERY obvious this event was not being catered by the school. Let me say, there's nothing wrong whatsoever with the schools catering, but THIS display was top notch! Once I found out it was Bubba's, everything made sense. The servers I met were a father and his two daughters. Tully, Amanda, and Tasha. All three were professional, yet engaging. They were pleasant to talk to. After the event ended, I decided to grab a plate and taste the food. The food stood on its own! It was DELICIOUS!!! And the lemonade? Oh my goodness was it delicious!! At one point I was able to look at the menu on their website and man-o-man I hope I get to attend many more events being catered by Bubba's.
