Our goal was to score spots at the small bar. This place is small overall and if you want to have the tasting experience I suggest trying for a spot at the bar top. We spent some time at the small restaurant next door and enjoyed some great tacos and a quesadilla while we waited. The server let us know as soon as the bar opened and we dashed over to get our spots. We had a fluent Spanish speaker with us, so that was a huge help. Their Mezcal selection is organized by region and they were happy to consult on our preferences. Shots were generous and served with fresh orange slices, sometimes seasoned with a spice blend.
