The margaritas were super delicious. I loved the Skinny-Rita. Chips and queso were yummy and the traditional bone in wings were perfect. Mom had the burger and curly fries. She loved it. Staff were nice. Since there were only two of us we did have a 15 minute wait. That was the only drawback but only because we were super hungry. Terrible service. We walked in and were seated. Then the bartender came to our table to bring waters. 15 minutes later, order still not taken or no sight of our server, and the place was empty. So many items were taken off the menu. Unless you want an appetizer, a burger, or wings, and terrible service, then come here. Seems to me they were more concerned about cleaning the doors than serving customers. As we were walking out, the manager (who was cleaning the door) asked what was wrong and said she could seat and serve us. Fun experience and not just for eyes. They have trivia nights on select nights. I have had their smoked wings that were good and I've had their fried wings (on 1 occasion being great and on another being very average). This is probably the best Hooter's location in Louisiana. Never had an issue here. I always find myself here getting something to go after hanging out with the coworkers when I stay in Houma. It's a big plus that they carry Jucifer from Gnarley Barley. read more

Decided to stop here after a trip to N.O. in the mid afternoon. Place wasn't busy and they seemed to have plenty of staff. Unfortunately some may have been off the clock. When the two of us got there we were not greeted at all. After waiting for a bit we picked a table (maybe should have chosen the bar). Eventually someone came to take out drink order only to have them dropped off and not ask if we were ready to order. Those drinks were not refilled for the rest of the visit. Our best guess is someone forgot our food after the cooks messed up on part of our order. My wings and fries tasted good but were warm at best along with my dad's onion rings and burger. The burger was over cooked to the point of almost being burnt while missing toppings. The burger was comped and dad was given a card for a free meal which is why I gave two stars instead of just one. Almost forgot, one of the waitress in the place took out deodorant and was putting it on while standing off to the side before jumping on her phone and walking away. I have no idea why she did not put it on in the back or the bathroom. One of the weirdest things I've seen waitstaff do in the front of house of a restaurant. read more

Wish I could give this place a 0. Ordered for pick up at this Hooter's on Sunday March 18th. When I arrived Raine and KK were at the bar, Raine took a call in the middle of our interaction and while busy on the phone managed to give me too much change. Exact reason why some can't and shouldn't multitask. Excusing yourself and saying can you please hold a moment while I take this call would have been the more eloquent way to do this. As an honest person, I brought this to KK's attention and I jokingly said she (Raine) gave me too much change and luckily I'm honest. Kay Kay proceeded to say in a nasty tone " I would have caught it" and walked away. Her entire demeanor was inappropriate and when asked for a cup of ice she slams it on the counter and walks away. I then was worried that if I asked for napkins both dry and wet, she would be further annoyed. Therefore, I asked someone else. If by any chance corporate or management sees this please review the recording on 3/18/2018 around 1pm of the phone call I made and how your employees respond to customers over the phone if you don't believe me or for further evidence. I'm sorry, how do you burn or make your wings so darn crispy that you can't eat them. Then you have to send them back for sauce because there was none on them and I begin with. Then they want to charge you to add sauce when they should have been doused to begin with. Now onto the fries... There's nothing like getting a basket of rock hard crumbs. This place sucks and I won't be back. I have tried several time to enjoy the food here and they always disappointed me without fail. I have been going to hooters for over 20 years. While I have enjoyed your food in the past, tonight was my last visit to your restaurants! I am over 50 years of age and was refused to be serve a beer tonight due to no ID.....I was with my wife, daughter and granddaughter to celebrate an occasion. I have never been question for an ID in the very many visits at any of your restaurants and tonight I was asked and did not have my ID on me. The manager was younger than both my children and he should have been able to make a decision that could have made me a satisfied customer. Unfortunately you have loss a customer and I refuse to visit your restaurant again due to this matter. Twin Peaks will be receiving my business in the future.
