We got it cause it was late and we were hungry. 2 hours to get delivery. Food NOTHING like the pictures. Pizza was horrible! Wings were dry. Food was cold. We had a coupon for free garlic knots (see pic). Seriously I put a slice of lime next to it so you could see what we got. These came waded up in aluminum foil and thought it was a joke. I see that someone else also left a review about the flyers. I tried to give this place a chance to stop - even called the store and talked to the "manager". As an owner of 4 condos in a high rise, I don't at all appreciate this Pizzeria visiting 5 times in 3 weeks and leaving flyers jammed in my doors. Seriously, some doors had 3 or 4 flyers stuck in them, it's out of control. And flyers littering the floors and stuck in the A/C surrounds, Just STOP!! I ran into one of the distributors on their 5th visit and asked him to stop as well. Seems to be falling on deaf ears. Be respectful and leave a handful of these in the lobby. We ordered the Philly cheese steaks and they were very dry, the French fries were barely cooked and completely soggy. I work overnights, and late night places are limited. I've gotten DoorDash from here a couple of times and it's always AMAZING!! Most recently and very unexpectedly was their fried cod and fries. I can't say enough good about it. It was crispy and perfect outside, flaky and delicious inside. It wasn't fishy fish. The fries were seasoned with I think Old Bay seasoning and some got onto the fish too. I was so pleasantly surprised I snarfed it down like a stared person. Will absolutely be ordering from them again to keep going around the menu. The hand tossed pizzas, salads, and topped fries are also very good. read more

When I called to tell them they forgot my garlic knots, the manager called me back and guaranteed someone would bring them back to our condo and they NEVER SHOWED UP! They claimed they didn't when asked but it would have been aboutb$3 less to order through the slice app and even they charge 95 cents for using their app. Food was no good either. Wish I had come to Yelp before ordering. I placed an order for delivery to our condo on July 3rd. The lady said it would be 45 minutes to an hour. It was around 8 pm. but we were still good with the wait. After an hour and a half and NO pizza, I called to ask what the delay was. Her first lie was that traffic was bad. I look outside (we were on Thoma drive. and could see a portion of Front Beach road.) and traffic seemed to be flowing pretty well. She said she would try to have it there in 25 minutes. I told her fine, if it wasn't here in 25 minutes i'd be calling back for a refund. After another half hour and still no pizza, i called to cancel the order. The second lie the lady tried to tell me was that I told her to deliver to Majestic Tower. I asked her how she could confuse Shores of Panama (where we actually stayed) with Majestic Tower. I in no way shape or form said Majestic Tower. So she tells me I have to contact a manager after 11 am the next day to get a refund. So I called, and was told a refund would be issued. We are now two weeks out and I STILL have NOT received a refund. I called two more times, at different times of the day, and was told that a manager would not be at the restaurant until several hours later. If you enjoy getting ripped off, then yes, order from this place. However, if you actually like to get the product and/or service you pay for, then I highly recommend that you get pizza somewhere else. read more
