What a joke of an office and an attorney in general! Who threatens to "HUNT DOWN, and DESTROY, a…read moreperspective client, let alone a Retired/ Disabled VETERAN??? This guy is who( on recording, thank god Ohio is a one party state)! I reached out to his law firm for a consult, i filled out all necessary information, with great accuracy! Not even 24 hours, later I get a generalized email (attached)saying, I did not qualify because of income, and because I would have to file Chapter 13, and was told the Medina guy was no longer with( after this story dont blame him) so attorney Paolucci would handle it and can only take my case if it is a Chapter 7! I immediately called and ask for explanation because my income is protected and not counted as income for bankruptcy! The assistants did not have the answer and told me, they would reach out to the attorney to have him explain! I then sent an email, with the same, notice of getting back to me! A few days later, and nothing! So I send an email, asking if this is the customer service they provide! Man are you in for a treat! Attorney Paolucci calls me( attached), and knows absolutely nothing about me, my case, my income, what tests were ran to show I would not qualify, because remember I only qualify for Chapter 13 due to income, or how many were in my household NOTHING! So i ask very generalized questions of how he came to this solution of me only qualifying, he gave me excuse after excuse! No proof, no numbers, no information! Attorney Paolucci, then stated its not a good fit, literally the first time we spoke( WHATEVER), so I was completely honest with him and stated, he did not do his job! He basically scanned over my intake form, and came up with the conclusion of Chapter 13, without actually reviewing or looking at anything of mine! This sets off Attorney Paolucci, to which he threatens me on a RECORDED LINE, to "Hunt Down, and Destroy me," because I told him, I was going to put all this in a review and save someone else the trouble! He also said the F word a few times and told me to F myself before hanging up the phone!! I will be filing an ethics complaint against Attorney Paolucci to the BAR association of Ohio for the words, and threats, spoken to me! I dont care who you are, no one deserves, to be threatened over asking questions you should be able to answer, to a client! If not in my opinion you are arrogant, and full of yourself! I hope this is a reminder to him to follow what his website says about his customer service and treating people! And stops someone in the future for wasting their time or being threatened! I would upload the recording but it does not allow on Google or YELP! Thank god I did not pay the $50 for consult, he was too impatient for that, and it definitely would not have been worth it!
