I am so so so so sos osososososososos glad this place is in Twin Falls. My boys love it here! (3 yrs & almost 2) Plus, I can have fun with them because I am such a child at heart! Tons of giant inflatables. We call it the Bounce House. Slides/the gladiator stadium, ball pit, etc etc! Plus it is SUPER super cheap. The boys and I get in for Unlimited time for $8. I am excited to be able to plan birthdays here and whatnot as the boys get older! read more

Fun place for the kids. Free wifi is nice but could be a bit more comfortable for waiting grown ups. Needs a little TLC by owner/management. Light bulbs burnt out. Strange odor when you first enter. Mats are dirty. read more

It is nice to have a place to take my kids when it's too hot or too cold to play outside. However, like a pervious person said it is managed by teenagers. They play rap music and it is very very loud, we were the only ones in there and I couldn't talk to my sister sitting next to me because it was so loud. The place is very dirty and smells like a football locker room. Their pricing policy is a bit ridiculous. I took my 2 year old there with my 25 year old sister because I am 9 months pregnant and my 2 year old can't do much of the bouncy slides alone, the girl behind the counter charged me $8 for my sister to take my daughter, rather than the $2 she would have charged me but because it was her Aunt I was charged more! This place is a little over-hyped in my opinion and could definitely be improved with a few minor tweaks. I was in Twin Falls for a week and took my 3-year old daughter to HOP 2 IT twice. I'll start with the positives: -- It's huge; plenty of space for the bounce houses and ball pit. -- They keep the AC cranking, which makes it a good place to hang on a hot day. -- Pricing seems fair and there isn't a time limit. Now for the negatives: -- It's DIRTY; I took my daughter home and immediately scrubbed her down. If you look around the nooks and crannies there is a lot of grime. I can only imagine what the bounce houses and more so the ball pit is like??? Germ City, yuck. -- It's managed by teenagers and unfortunately - the place gets a little chaotic for their oversight. -- My BIGGEST COMPLAINT: They do not segregate little kids and big kids, it's just a big open room filled with bounce houses and kids of all ages are running around, playing tag, wrestling, swinging big jousting sticks, bouncing from house-to-house like savages, etc. It's an absolute madhouse. That's right, they actually have a huge blow-up gladiator ring where kids can swing these two large jousting-like-sticks around at each other. The problem? More than two kids can be in the "arena" at once, which makes its a major accident waiting to happen. I saw two different kids get hit by others indirectly as they were trying to jump. It's just a bad idea to have that particular bounce-activity in my opinion, especially if they are going to allow more than two people at a time. Because the area is not segregated by age, my daughter and many other little kids were constantly getting trampled and knocked around by the older, more rambunctious boys and girls. It was frustrating for me (and my daughter) because the (2) teenage girls who were running the place could not be everywhere at once and the parents of the older kids were asleep at the wheel and paid little to no attention to their kids behavior. The (2) teens tried to correct the behavior of some of the kids but quite honestly it did not make much of a difference. In the end, I would say that it may actually be dangerous for kids 4-years old or under due to the fact that it is not segregated in any way. Overall, I love the idea of HOP 2 IT but the execution is poor and needs some work. Perhaps the owners will read this and think about what can be improved. In short, segregate the areas to create a safe environment for all participants, CLEAN the place every once in a while (haha) and have an adult on staff in conjunction with the (2) teenagers to provide some additional support and oversight. read more

This is a great place to turn the kids loose and let them have some fun! They have many bounce houses and play yards to choose from! From an obstacle course, to a giant slide and even a cute jungle themed one for ages 4 and under. Some thing for ever one from babies to adults! The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is great! They also do birthday parties and private events. My daughter is 4 and has a blast every tie we go there! read more

My daughter had asked for a birthday party at Hop-2-it so we reserved the facility for a Wednesday night. The timing was good, there were only three other guests in the facility. The room rental says 2 hours jumping 50 minutes in the party room. I brought decorations, dinner and cake for the kids of our party only to be told by the young site supervisor when we arrived that we couldn't be in the room. Couldn't put our things in there to decorate it or even just set them in the room until 10 minutes before our allotted room time! Long story short, the site supervisor was rude, the manager unavailable and the stress of trying to prep food, decorate and get prepared for the party was totally uncalled for. If I had been told when I called and made the reservation a week before that I would only have 10 minutes to prep I wouldn't have gone to the trouble to make a special event. I would have just taken the kids to jump. The icing on the cake was when they told me we had 3 minutes to get out of the room. WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THERE!
