Anyone with kids living in Twin knows of the never ending hunt for fun activities. I was disappointed finding Jump Time has recently gotten rid of 2 or 3 of their giant inflatables and replaced them with a dozen arcade games that are not included in the entrance price. The entrance price hasn't lowered but the number of activities you get for the price has. And now parents have the added annoyance of their kids begging for more money to play these arcade games. Jump Time, please replace the giant inflatables. Your business just got a lot less fun and considering what you get, a lot more expensive. read more

We had my daughters birthday party yesterday. The party package for 10 children cost nearly $300. & was stated to include one cupcake per child, party plates & silverware, jump socks & so on. During the party we were informed they no longer supply cupcakes, they now serve mini ice cream cups instead. Wich left us in a major bind learning this information mid party. They did not want to supply plates, the jump socks supplied were in limited sizes & my daughter had to wear a pair way to large. They would not let us into the party room tell exactly 2pm but asked me to clean the room 10 mins before our party was due to end. Which was also not stated when booking the party. To summarize our party package we paid for was stated to include: 10 cupcakes- whch it did not include, nore were we told in advance. Jump socks- well technically they were supplied in obsecure sizes Party supplies- they did recluntly supply the cutlery, which id imagine was factored into our bill in the first place..? We cleaned the party room. Yes, they allowed 2hrs jumptime Yes they supplied 2 pizzas like stated.....worth nearly $300. Absolutely not. Zero stars if it were an option. We could have rented inflatable bounce houses for an entire day & bought our own pizza & cupcakes for a better deal. read more

We just went here tonight (11/4/2021) and had a pretty good time. Our daughter is 5 and she picked the activity for the evening. We were there around 5:45pm, not a lot of people there to begin with. We paid, got socks, and got to jumping. Aside from there being some random spit on a couple of the tramps, and a couple having small holes, the place was pretty decent. There were soft couches for parents/non-jumpers to lounge in, tables and chairs to use if you decided to grab a snack (prices seemed decent, but we didn't order food this visit). There were different sections for jumping with a decent sized area for JUST little kids, which is always nice. Our daughter is almost too big for that area, but she was still able to go this time and enjoyed the lack of chaos that was there when more jumpers arrived. The only downside I would see at all, is there didn't seem to be much of a staff presence around any of the jump areas. I know it's jump at your own risk, but then older kids/near adults are being a little careless around the little kids, it can be concerning. As a parent to a young child, that was always something I watched for. There was almost a collision between a 4 year old and an older teen, and the teen didn't even flinch or seem to care that there were younger/smaller kids around. I think having staff being a little more present might encourage better behavior, maybe? Maybe I'm just being a stickler about things, though. In all, it was a good experience and we all (kiddo, Hubs and I) had a good time. We paid for an hour and jumped pretty much the whole time, with kiddo requesting the VR game toward the end. We'll likely be back again, and maybe even try the food next time. Upon entering, and just hanging out, the place feels a bit cold (bring layers if you're not jumping), but once you get moving it feels super comfortable. read more

Jump Time has a great variety of trampolines, bouncies, etc. It's large enough for kids to have space but small enough to know where your kids are at all times. read more

My first time in a jump place and it was very enjoyable. They had 6 separate jump sections each with a small twist. One section had 5 long trampolines, one basketball, one dodge ball, one was for small kids (~2-6 years old) section, one had two small trampolines to jump into a huge pit, and a section with bouncy house slides. They also had two body balls (hamster wheel looking ball) that you can rent. Concessions and a small lounge was able for people to chill. They do have a few rules to follow at each section. Sometimes it was a little frustrating that a parent would jump in the small kid section while other kids not related were jumping nearby. read more

First time at this place and as an adult I was not impressed. Two grand kids had a great time so that was worth it. Noticed the ceiling has places that the insulation is falling down and the place just looked dirty. Not impressed with the arcade games lots were out of order and all had signs saying play at your own risk no refunds I think that is a BS way to do business things break and if you are the one that it happened to a refund is in order. Did not play any of the games or let the kiddos play either they really looked like junk. One and done for us sorry unless things get cleaned up and look a bit more professional. read more

Went for a birthday party. Kids had fun. Limited seating for the "non jumping" adults.

I brought my niece and nephew (ages 11&6) here to jump time. They enjoyed it and jumped all of their energy out for sure, but i noticed it was very dirty. This jump time is the dirtiest of all the air sports gyms I've been to in the past. Not to mention the padding that has ripped off the trampoline, leaving uncovered springs and gaps in between the trampolines. These issues were in multiple places, It looked like a disaster waiting to happen. Almost every dodge ball was torn up. Overall not impressed and disappointed that the upkeep is not better. read more

It is super frustrating to pay $2.39 for a water bottle because they don't have a drinking fountain and won't let you bring in a water bottle. It takes advantage of good paying customers. read more
