On my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. P (Peter is what he goes by, but I believe it said Dr. Derrick Yoder on their app). I explained to the doctor that I'd slept on the floor a couple of nights earlier and that my back didn't appreciate that. There was some banter back and forth... he's very personable. He identified the area of concern on my back and got some really good cracks in that relieved all of that pain. I was impressed. He also did some hip adjusting that isn't normally done during visits, but did address an issue that was identified at the initial assessment visit. The neck cracks were epic too. Its been 2 weeks and they have not even processed it yet as of today. Also, I paid full up front, but I found out a week later that the front desk person randomly charged my credit card for no reason. I had to call them so they could apologize. Mind you, they never called me saying "oh we mistakenly charged your credit card, but have corrected the issue". If i had not looked at my credit card statement, i would have never known. This will create confusion for the patient who seeks only chiropractic care with spinal manipulation. In addition to the $50 office visit, the future fee structure includes a cornucopia of possible treatments, each with a separate and costly fee. The office staff was easily confused by insurance coverage details. They did not even understand how in-network insurance plan coverages apply to the office fee structure. While the staff files the paperwork for the patient, the office staff readily admitted they do not process the claims. The final cost is determined at a different office. Be sure to read the Financial Responsibility page carefully. It has some very unfriendly consumer language.
