Kristi with the parenting time program is extremely unprofessional. I was set to have a phone…read moreconversation with her one day. I happened to miss that phone call and she did not leave a message or a voicemail. How was I supposed to know it was her calling. She later blamed it on me saying I took a month to call back. If she had left a voicemail maybe I would have known it was her and called her back sooner. I later rescheduled and then she rescheduled again. I told her what time I was available and messaged her and she wouldn't let me do the phone interview at that time simply because I was in the car and she "didn't have my full attention". I told her that I took a day off to do the phone interview and I didn't get a response. I finally got a response the next day stating that she was no longer going to work with me anymore. She didn't even give me a chance to schedule and make up excuses to my social worker as to why she wasn't going to work with me.

Perhaps to find more meaning, live with more energy and increase the joy. Each person is unique and their focus is on restoring the whole person. My observance of the staff is far different than the review below. The staff will go out of their way to help and have always been friendly ~ sincere and have a smile for you. Confidentiality is something that is a top priority and I have never seen that compromised. With all they do in the community providing services and education, I am glad they are here!

Western Mental Health isn't so bad, if you're okay with your private info not staying private. They…read moredo help a lot of people, but they don't always realize that the people they deal with are adults who deserve to be treated as such and also with respect. They manage a treatment house called Westbridge for people with long term mental health issues. The staff there will talk about the client while they're in the same room. Staff there belittle the clients and in no way are treated like they live in their own home and the workers make it seem like either a chore or a joke or something to complain about when a client needs something. Very rarely do they take a resident seriously and they don't stop there, they purposely above and beyond with making the resident feel "defective", or "inadequate". Call it lack of proper education I just call it plain disrespect. That is someone's home and you come in and respect people in their home. Not talk to them in a kid voice and belittle them. So many people have been damaged by what goes on there. And there's just nobody you can go to to let it out or get it to stop.
