I emailed them numerous times, as I could not find a phone number, asking them to cancel my order and refund my money, to no avail. What can I do? isn't there some type of legal action I can take? I placed an order for masks and found out through other recipient that the masks were cheap and too small. Tried to contact them several times to cancel the order with negative results. I contacted PayPal and relayed the information as to the unanswered emails or details of any shipping. PayPal eventually refunded my order and still, the HHS has not answered any emails or attempted contact. But after a long period of time, they did send their package. I have not opened the package and I am trying to get a return label from them to send it back. Since my funds were returned, it is up to them now to provide me with a return label so they can get back their package. read more

Had the same issue as everyone else below! Ordered 60 masks worth $100 on Jan 10th, 2022. One month later, I randomly remembered I never recievied my order so I sent them an email asking for an update & requesting to cancel. I gave them a week for them to reply & of course no response. I filed a chargeback claim with my credit card company & got refunded by Chase on Feb 11th. Out of nowhere, I get an email on Feb 17th saying my order was shipped out & by Feb 22, my items were delivered. I was like "oh cool free masks!" NOPE! That was not the case. In August, I get an email from them saying since they fulfilled my order in full, I now have to pay the $100 for my masks PLUS the extra $30 chargeback fee. & if I don't, they will turn my account over to the collections agency. I sent them an email explaining everything above - screenshots & all. & asked them to provide a pre-paid shipping label to return my items. Lucky by the time I got the masks, I didn't need them anymore. Of course they responded by saying they cannot provide a return label. So of course, more fees I have to pay out of pocket. If I could give less than one star, I would. I received the masks promptly and we tried them on. The mask itself was fine but the length of the strap was something that would fit a child. These were sold as adult masks and are unusable for an average size adult. When you contact them they will pretend to be helpful, asking for photos, then follow up with a link to theirironclad return policy. Don't waste your time. It's "pretend" customer service. I placed an order for KN95 masks on January 4, 2022. I waited several weeks and sent several emails to cancel my order as this is the only way to communicate with this company. There is a phone number but it is a recorded message to send them an email. I called my credit card company and initiated a dispute. They put the money back into my account, pending the outcome of the dispute. On February 10, 2022 the masks finally arrived. Because the money had been put back into my account, I took the unopened package to the post office and wrote return to sender. The money was taken back out of my account because the masks were delivered to me. Now I don't have the masks or my money. What kind of company operates in this manner?
