Both owners are named John, and this will confuse you from the start in conversation. Michelle is a speech therapist that works there only a few days of the week but is top notch. Samuel is another employee that is very kind and soft spoken. This team is very dedicated to the children they have as clients and are very quick to make suggestions and offer advice on matters that one might have to take home with them. They do the best they can when it comes to scheduling, so bear that in mind when making requests. The office is small, and they have a limited hourly schedule.

Even our feeding evaluation specialist mentioned that if we went to the main All Children's Hospital building parking would be harder. There were tons of spaces which is amazing. We went here for a feeding evaluation for my then five month old. TLDR backstory he had weight issues so the GI referred us here. They sent us paperwork ahead of time which included instructions about what we needed to bring, where to go, and all the first time paperwork. This made getting here and checking in a breeze. They called us back at our exact appointment time. We had Cara as our feeding eval specialist. She was super sweet and informative. Of course my baby decided this was the day he would crush his bottle in record time and then promptly fall asleep for the rest of the appointment, which rendered evaluating him absolutely useless. He ate as if he had no issues whatsoever. Cara found this as humorous as I did and we ended up just talking about how he normally eats and any suggestions for that. Overall the appointment went well and I thought this place is run really efficiently. My only small critique is the wall color is yellow and kind of creepy, not a cheerful yellow. I could imagine this being the setting for a horror story one day. They probably need to repaint but I'm sure saving children and improving lives is their main focus.

But as a dancer, I have never been lazy or looking to skate by and mask my problems with pills. More pills, more problems is my motto. Anyway, luckily, I found Chet. Chet showed me some awesome neck exercises, evaluated my keyboard equipment for me, recommended I start sleeping with a wrist brace at night. And now, four months after therapy sessions, I am PAIN FREE. Of course, I do my part by keeping up with the exercises at home, but I can't thank him enough for his care.

I came for therapy for my back after falling on a tile floor. Chet, the manager, worked out a plan specific to my injury , explaining how certain routines helped strengthen muscles, taking some strain from my back, etc. He and Cody, also a trained therapist, worked with me to improve my balance, as well. They reviewed with me specifics of my progress. I could always count on a friendly personal greeting from the guys in the front who take care of things up there. Serious work is being done here but there is a friendly, relaxed atmosphere that puts a newcomer at ease. I definitely recommend PT Solutions!

I simply am trying to find out if my child's referral has been received and they can't give me the time of day. 0/10 for communication. Do better. Parents have a right and a responsibility to their children and this practice is exhibiting unacceptable standards. DO. BETTER.

So far I have had 3 sessions with her and have seen first hand the power of her healing energy (I like to refer to it as she put Humpty Dumpty back together again). Not to be graphic but I battle with massive cramping and in the first session I noticed the pain lift within 10-20 minutes (which never happens unless there is medicine involved). My second and third session had to deal with a broke heart (a break up and passing of my pet) each time she worked on my chakra's and my internal balance (which was way off) after leaving my session I felt lifted and more put together. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances…read more The experience was truly horrendous. Patients receive no real rehabilitation. The hygiene conditions are unacceptable, especially considering that most of the patients are elderly and unable to care for themselves. My father was admitted to this facility, and I found him in a terrible condition: his head and face were covered with a severe dermatitis. He was also speaking incoherently, as if he were confused or mentally impaired. I later discovered they were giving him a sleeping medication, but I was never told which one. After bringing him home and stopping all medications, his condition improved significantly. Today, my father is fully aware of what he says and has regained mental clarity. This proves how harmful that place was to both his physical and mental health. What's even more troubling is that in order to be admitted there, patients are required to sign over their financial benefits. This makes the situation even more shameful. To be fair, there are a few staff members who are truly kind and dedicated, but unfortunately, they are the minority. Most of the personnel show no interest, empathy, or commitment to the well-being of the patients. To all families: do not bring your loved ones to this place. Three weeks later I was able to swallow 40 times per minute. Not to mention my speech has drastically improved.
