This went on for every visit so I found a different place for my therapy. According to my insurance I had payed .74 over what I owed them on July 2, well i keep getting a bill for 1.19 text, email, and mail. When I called after the fourth time of trying to talk to someone they said I owed the money and when I asked for a supervisor she said "you want a supervisor on a Friday morning?" i said yes. When she came back to he phone she said the super told her they would take care of my balance. Nice of them since according to my insurance I OWED THEM 0. Will not go back there ever and won't recommend them to anyone.

My therapist, Lauren, is a pelvic floor specialist. She is highly knowledgeable, caring, and personable. I can't sing enough praises for her! She had done extensive research and networking to learn more about my conditions to help me in my recovery. The tools and exercises she prescribed are effective and showing improvements. I am very grateful. I would highly recommend NovaCare and Lauren to anyone who is struggling with physical issues and wish to get better.

They made a Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) for my son and sadly did not honor the plan. Parents beware! They also cancelled scheduling regularly due to staffing issues (I wonder why) in the last month my son went there, and their billing department hounded me daily, with little to no flexibility in payment terms with my higher deductible.

They really listen and work to tailor your treatment to how you are feeling that particular day. Through targeted exercises, they've helped me greatly reduce headaches and balance issues and eliminate sciatica. The office is well maintained and the staff couldn't be nicer. I know my body benefits from their unique equipment, which strengthens my mobility and flexibility. I highly recommend them.

She is so good with my son. She focuses on activities that help to stimulate him in ways that he doesn't get at home and at school. Granted, my son is who he is, but I really think the therapy has helped him improve core strength, writing, reading, and his reactions to various stimuli. Instead she put her ear buds in to ignore me!! Took me 3 hrs to get a different nurse to fix the problem. They even called the police on me for standing up for my right to clarify what I was given before I took it. And that was only 1 night. The nurse then told me that she understood why my ex beat me and my parents wanted to kill themselves the first time they saw me. They only want your insurance money, they don't care about people at all!! Also, the DON ,Ginger, and administrators Jen and Stefani do nothing but gossip about the private aspects of your life and tell staff things that are irrelevant to your care. I've worked in Healthcare for 25+ years and this place was appalling. It took them atleast 3 hours to answer the call light, so I was helping my roommate get to the toilet so she didn't soil herself. One night when an aid actually showed up,she asked him to help her to the toilet and he literally said, just pee in your diaper, which she wasn't wearing, it easier for me to change that. And when you report these rights violations, they lie to your insurance company and tell them you're healed when you aren't so you have t6leave,otherwise pay 365 a day upfront. I really feel bad for the people here who can't stand up for themselves. Now Mike in PT, Jamie in OT and the STNA Aquila are awesome and amazing. They went above and beyond for sure. The STNA Danielle has a horrible attitude. Even the social worker seems crooked. The actives staff, Brittany especially, are all amazing. The nurse Shannon is pretty good and Nurse Charity was very sweet and kind. Sadly ,however, the nurses, DON and administrators are crap. Even the receptionist tried to act like she had power over us.

ZERO STARS! I have…read morebeen trying for a week to get my son's MRI order sent over from a major hospital system in the area to their location. First, they can't get me a fax number that actually works. Then when I finally have one and the order goes through, they let me know they will not authorize the service with my insurance because it didn't come from one of their physicians. They expect that a major hospital system will do their work for them to authorize service with their institution because, of course, they won't accept the notes and information from another provider (again major hospital system). Then when I raise the concern about not being told that from the beginning, they proceed to say they told me already with a condescending tone. Why would I waste a week of my time getting something that they know isn't possible to get. I guess the poor ratings here should have scared me off more than they did.
