started out great, was on time, quoted $850 to paint 2 rooms needed right away and $5800 for the…read moreentre job. We agreed to the entire job and Derick said he needed $2900 Monday to start Thursday with the balance due upon completion In a week. I spoke with him several times, sent detailed pictures along with paint colors twice. The last time I spoke to him Saturday i told him that I would be home with movers to move in on Monday the 20th So I had to have the 2 rooms with heavy furniture ready. Monday when I showed up to my home that i had professionally cleaned a week prior (4 days before he had access to my home) I had to cry. Derick had access to my home for only5 days and not only was not 1 single room finished but there was paomt all over my dining room floor, splotches in the den, paint on my stove, counters and even inside my refrigerator! His equipment was spread throughout the house, an abandoned vehicle in my driveway, a bag of chicken bones & other food trash on my counters. Cigarette buts smashed out on the floor. My house had been winteruzed before my putchase & I told the cleaning company to not bother with the bathroom toilets because I am disabled and was replacing them. Someone, Derick said it wasn't him but he was the only person in the home after the cleaning company, had ripped the wrapping off the primary Bathroom toilet and used it but was unabe to flush it. Now here I am almost a week later and Dericj refuses to return any money and basically said it's my fault. I guess I am at fault for trusting a man at his word. Please do not trust this man's word or work? I'm left with no choice but file suit. edited to include pictures of the "quality" way my house was left, text from Derick himself today stating he wasn't done with any rooms & not that it's needed other than to show the lies, my paid invoice from the movers

I had a diagnostic appointment scheduled for my HVAC unit with this company. The appointment had…read morebeen booked for over a week, and I even called the day before to confirm that everything was still on schedule. I was told we were good to go. On the day of the appointment, I spent most of the day trying to reach them and received no response. When I finally got ahold of Don, he told me the appointment had to be pushed to the next day because it was raining. The problem is that I had another contractor working outside at the same time on a different location a mile out, and the weather was perfectly fine and sunny. When I questioned this explanation, Don later stated that they were actually booked solid for the day, contradicting what he had just told me. It felt like I was being given excuses rather than an honest explanation. What made the experience even worse was that Don allegedly threatened to come to my hometown during our conversation, which I found extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. I understand that schedules can change, but customers deserve honesty, communication, and respect. This experience was disappointing and left me questioning the reliability of this company. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
