Their response to my posting for the job was very fast. I set a time for them to look at the project and give me a quote. Not only did they take the time to explain what my real issue was but also gave me options for fixing it I did not think I had and then did the repair while they were there. They were so professional and courteous, I was very impressed. I do not know how to say enough about how great they were. Installed a TRANE in my son's house. Saved us $$$$ on our rental unit A/C this summer. FAST service when our home unit went on the blitz the first hot day of summer. I asked him who he recommends. He advised in his contractor business, he uses Payne's. I called Payne's and spoke to a very kind lady on the phone around 9am. I informed her of my situation. She advised they had a full day scheduled for the day but she would contact the boss and call me back. I received a return phone call around 1pm. He said they could come right then and get me taken care of. Two gentleman showed up. They both had great personalities and very friendly. They were even more proficient and professional in their skills. An hour and half later I had a new water heater and new valve. The cost was more than fair. I highly recommend this business.
