It's fine as far as a place that mainly dispenses medication. I mainly went in diagnosed by previous drs, so it was all about setting up the right meds. The doctors do seem to change on a regular though. The main doctor who I think is from Africa has a rude bedside manner, but that could be the culture. I finally did get one of the drs to finally listen to me about having bipolar two. It was a fight, but I've finally been put on mood stabilizers. The girls at the desk are nice and polite. The woman who takes your vitals in the back is polite as well. read more

My pharmacy faxed over a pre-authorization for a medication I have been on for several years on Oct 24,2023 called yesterday to find out the hold up only to find out it was still sitting on the fax machine .I have been out of medication since October 22, 2023 going through hell, but the person in charge of doing these authorizations could care less if she did care it would of been done the same day it was faxed. I really wish I read the reviews before going here. It seems like the place has not changed from the older reviews. The two girls in the front office are awful. They don't even acknowledge you when you walk in and they are miserable people. They also don't answer the phone. Ever. Seriously. Ms. Patel was very nice. She doesn't belong in this office. Also, I can understand the doctor not calling in prescriptions until the end of the day but more than that is unacceptable. If you have any kind of mental health issue, I urge you to not go here. read more

HBH has 3 offices in 3 cities , HIinesville, Rincon, and Savannah - I have never been to the Hinesville office, Rincon was my home office for last 2 1/2 years and never had any problems , none at all. Unfortunately because of scheduling I had to be seen in Savannah office twice and both times were horrendous experiences, the staff is rude inefficient and seem to be bothered by you coming in and checking in. The 2nd time I was in the Savannah office all but one of my meds were sent in to pharmacy, when I called 2 days later and my medicine still wasn't sent in I questioned Anglea in the office and she said the Dr was out. I asked why they didn't have a protocol in place , a fail safe per se. Angela said no and took great offense to this. i am no longer with HBH. They have 1 medical Doctor that oversees every patient in all 3 offices which simply can not be done. They have 1 phycologist between all three offices , this can not possibly serve as proper Healthcare - I would recommend finding a place that can truly help and not just write out meds. read more

I wouldn't wish my experience with this establishment on my WORST enemy. The lack of customer service, compassion, and professionalism is bad enough. In fact, nothing about my time here was ever pleasant, from unexpected bills to just really off-putting interactions, yet it's so much worse than that. In summary, there was "confusion" and HBH "wasn't receiving" the requests from the pharmacy to refill my prescriptions. Despite calls and voicemails I ended up being ripped off of the medications I was relying on. I started to experience physical and emotional withdrawal that I later learned is called antidepressant discontinuation syndrome. I couldn't function and became extremely sick and unstable in no time at all. I had flu-like systems that almost landed me in the ER, and ultimately, I could have taken my own life if I didn't have the proper support within my home. THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS. When I was able to confront HBC, instead of an apology they simply blamed others for their actions. They not only damaged my health, but my trust in the mental healthcare system. I will not stop letting others know about the dangers of going here, and I've learned since speaking up that they've let down so many other patients just like myself. My negative experiences extend to every aspect and physician at this place and it was in no way an isolated incident. read more

I would give a negative review if I could. I have never in my life of 38 years have I ever been treated the way Dr Balinda Montoya has treated me by a Dr. You wonder why people with mental problems do what they do is because of Drs like Belinda Montoya. She shouldn't work in this type of field. She didn't understand how I had health insurance and not pharmaceutical. Not everyone has a silver spoon in there mouth and has perfect insurance. We just relocated 10 hrs way from our home town and my husband changed jobs and we wher between insurances. She called me in a medication that is name brand and the price is 1,200 a month. If I could pay that I would have a better insurance. She didn't agree with any of my medications my Dr. I was seeing beforehand. She was going to try to totally change all my medicines I was taking. It has taken over 5 years to get in the place I was. I just need a new support system. This Dr is not a support system. She accused me of being a drug addict. I brought a year of records with. Me from my previous Dr. I had a surgery on my foot 2 weeks before my appointment because a picture frame feel and cut my foot open from unpacking. I will be reporting her to the Board. A patent should never feel the way she made me feel when I left her office. Hope less! read more

If I could give negative stars, I WOULD! This office is set up as a kingdom by a doctor from Africa who is very hard to understand and once I finally got to meet him, several wasted appointments latter, it was a complete waste of time. Personally, I think that they are a scam, it they certainly know how to bill my insurance though. I filed a complaint against them with my insurance company. I should have done it with the State of Georgia too. I don't think that any of the NUMEROUS people, especially white girls because I think he has a thing for them, should be in practice. NOTHING WAS PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THAT OFFICE. IN MY OPINION. THEY NEED INVESTIGATED. I went three times for nothing. There was ZERO help there for me. Very unprofessional! Treats active duty like they are less than dirt! Spouse went in to begin treatment for PTSD, clinic was supposed to send his medication over to the closest military base for him to pick up and begin medication. Clinic did not explain to him that medication would not be sent directly over, which we understood. Spouse drove back to pick up said medication and again it was not available. Myself and spouse have called clinic numerous times to question about where medication is or if it has been sent yet. No one will answer the phone so spouse went over and was greeted by a new nice young lady and a very disrespectful receptionist, not allowing him to speak or ask any questions just stating we will have it sent over will be ready by end of week. Spouse drives to base again and medication is still not there. Called in to speak with clinic supervisor and was placed on hold for over 15 minutes so they could get their story straight. Yet still no answers. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. If I could give half a star I would. SMH read more
