I've recommended him to many a friends- i was actually referred to him by someone else as well, so i must not be the only one who thinks he's good. My home sustained significant damage days before Christmas of 2022, the siding of the addition was torn on two sides and the other two sides came lose beyond repair. I got three estimates each was between 13k to 14k. Unfortunately, I got stuck paying over 10k out of my own pocket. The ALLSTATE adjuster APRIL HERRERA took a whole year to close my claim which I reported right away to only award me about $3,500.00 or so for the damaged my home sustained. This company is not honorable, I got rid of them even for my car insurance. I'm glad to say that several family members and friends have dropped ALLSTATE since. As nice as Joe might be, there's nothing that he can actually do for you he is just the middleman. it's like a car salesman who can't do anything for you if the car breaks down after purchasing. We all switch to PROGRESSIVE and personally I saved over $350.00 with better coverage. So much for their MOTTO "You're in good hands will ALLSATE" I learned the hard way, NO ONE IS!!!!!!! I had magnum insurance since I was 16 I am now 21 and they were of no help anytime I needed something. These people at all of their facilities are Hispanic, great right? they can speak Spanish to all the people whom come in. It also seems like they hire those same people just for knowing another language. They are all undertrained and can not deal with insurance problems. They can take payments that is literally all they are trained to do. Their customer service is the same pathetic staff which doesn't know car insurance from life insurance. After 5 years, I got in an accident my agent never kept me in the loop with the claim or even gave me a call back. They fixed the cosmetics of my car and left my car with a broken rotor. When I took it took their body shop what do you know? More undertrained Mexicans. Never got my car fixed by them even after I paid my deductible. Customer service like I said is useless. They didn't care that I was pissed or that they were losing a customer that they gladly took money from for 5 years. I'm Mexican so don't think I'm racist when I went through this and said that they were undertrained Mexicans but they were. All of their employees speak Spanish that's their only advantage other than being dirt cheap, with that you also do not receive good help or actual insurance that covers you. Pathetic company, pay 20-40 dollars more for another company because if you do ever get in car trouble with them you will be looking at a very big headache and will pay for most repairs out of pocket!
