Eventually, they gave me an upgraded truck at no additional rental charge, which I appreciated, but I didn't need a vehicle that large. The bigger truck ended up costing me more in fuel and was less convenient overall. When I returned the vehicle and asked what happened, the employee at drop-off had no idea about the situation. After I explained everything, the only response I got was that the night crew had "dropped the ball." No apology beyond that, and no offer of compensation or discount for the inconvenience, wasted time, or extra expenses I incurred. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and customer service afterward was disappointing.

They were fast and efficient. They even came in under budget. Note: They didn't do the packing of boxes. That was performed before they got there. They did, however, wrap some of the furniture in plastic, etc. All three of us were happy with the job.

These guys even staged my living room for me and placed my tv on the table for me!! They even put together my new bed and when they found a problem with the package, they came and got me immediately so I could call the company that sold me the bed and get a new one in route. However, they fixed the problem with the one I had so that I could have a bed to sleep on. They also staged my bedroom, perfectly. From calling and speaking to hire these guys, to rescheduling the day I was coming in due to illness, to doing everything in between. They put down padding on the floors, they wrapped the doorways so not to tear furniture, etc and they did all of this in under 2.5 hours!! They are phenomenal and will definitely use them again.

We had two 10x20 storage units full of items to move into a house. The movers showed up 15-20…read moreminutes late and were chatting/goofing off, and moving very slow. Just to give you an idea of how slow, myself and two family members probably twice the age of the hired movers were able to clear out one 10x20 storage unit ourselves into our own truck and were waiting on the help hands movers to finish one of the 10x20 units. I was billed for 3.5hrs to clear out one 10x20 storage unit, drive 20minutes to the house and unload. This is very slow work and unacceptable especially with 3 movers.

Each time I called I was put on hold for over 20 minutes and then told to call back again... I was calling to make a payment. Then when they finally answer, they told me they had just sold my unit the week before and sent me a letter. Never received a letter never received anything. This place is disgusting. I thought it was related to storage of America, which I have used before and they were very clean and nice. This place is disgusting as it gets. I needed a unit last minute because I was going through a nasty divorce and I felt sick to my stomach when I had to leave my things there realizing it wasn't the storage place I had to use before or related to. I knew after I left my things there that I probably would not be keeping most of it because it was so damp in that place and gross, which is disgusting because there were tons of thousands of dollars of stuff there. Yes, I know that's stupid, but you're supposed to be able to trust these places and like I said it was last minute I was desperate needless to say I'm going to be following through with a lawsuit. I even asked them to call the people that bought my unit so I could buy my things back and nothing has been done. I hope the families of these people that work there know how discussing these people are and then they can sleep at night knowing that they've taken the only thing I have left from my 24 years of marriage and my life. My clothes were in there all of my books. I worked so hard to achieve to have a library. That's all I wanted back clothes and books they could've kept all the furniture that I had just bought because I left my house with nothing. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THOSE PEOPLE!!!!!!!! I know by law I am allowed the money left over from the sale of my unit and there is no way that didn't make money on that. It was worth a lot of money. This is thievery on someone who already was going through a rough time that couldn't be made any rougher or so I thought. I will keep this updated with how the lawsuit goes.
