They also put up a fence and gate, but you are locked out after 10 pm. They also don't do a good job of plowing when it snows making it impossible to get to some of the units. I would not recommend this storage company to anyone.

I asked them if they were confident they could handle a dress like this and they told me no problem, it will be done it a week. 3 days later, they called me and said my dress fell apart. I went in to see it and they had pieces of my dress stuffed into a small plasic bag and stapled shut. There was a rip in the dress, and a button and flowers all hanging by threads. The dress is still dirty and they told me they thought maybe they could make it cleaner but more of the dress would fall apart. They refuse to pay to repair the dress AND THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME FOR THE CLEANING!!!! I have been round and round with them, lying, telling me it was not their fault, telling me my dress was ripped when I brought it in, telling me the dress was cheaply made....but never once telling me they were sorry that I brought my dress i,n in 1 piece, and I'm going to have to PAY to take it home in SEVERAL pieces
