My attorney was Blaze and he never once requested any medical documents or spoke to any doctor ever, he was very unprofessional during my mediation and pressured me into something I later refused to sign which the insurance company petitioned to have enforced. So prior to my settlement enforcement hearing I asked my attorney to submit my medical records to the judge to confirm my disability and he responded with that it wasn't necessary and the judge will only review what happened during my mediation so I figured he knew the law and that ended up being a huge mistake because the judge asked if I documentation to prove my disability and by it not being submitted I was ruled against a lost.
