I was told the facility was closed on Monday but will be opened on Tuesday at 9am. I arrived at 9:20am to be told that the students were in class until 12:30pm OMG really. Wow how do you run a school and the person who answers the phone does not know the school's schedule?!! Definitely bad business and teaching for your students as I'm sure you didn't just start having classes in Tuesdays & Thursdays. Very disappointed in this school.

I called 2 days ago for an appointment. Talked to the older lady with blond hair. She told me that she had something available for today. Went on ahead and booked the appointment (or so I thought). Got there early and patiently waited. When I signed in on the paper, the receptionist told me to go have a seat and wait. 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment (at this time I was already waiting for 45 minutes), three people had come in after me and was promptly seated with a student. So I went to the front desk to see what was going on. A tall slender young lady asked for my phone number and told me that she didn't see an appointment in the system for me. Needless to say I was a bit confused. She apologized and was able to get me seen with a student. Now the entire time I was waiting, the older receptionist did not acknowledge me or even made any kind of attempt to let me know anything. She saw me sitting there and did nothing. She needs to be retrained in customer service.

She then proceeded by putting my feet in scorching hot water and then messing up my nail shape. I asked her if I should come back because I had paid $23 for something that was not even worth five dollars. She only put a scrub on my feet and there was no massage or filling down the callus. The only one I could get was 7:30 p.m. After reading other reviews on the day of the appointment, I called to make sure I was on the calendar. "No problem. We have you down for 7:30." It was not 10 minutes later they called and cancelled because my person suddenly became unavailable. I rescheduled for the next day with the person who called to cancel (which amazed me since online there were no appointments). About two hours before the next appointment, I received a text saying I would need to call to reschedule as my new person was unavailable. I'm glad we came a second time or this review would have been completely different. Even though last week's appointment was with an instructor, it was not a great experience...it was just okay. With Jessie and Maria, Kenneth Shuler was redeemed in my eyes My facial was well done and I left with glowing skin and beautifully waxed eyebrows. If I lived here I would see Jessie on a regular basis and would follow her to the spa that is lucky enough to welcome her to their staff. Great experience and a wonderful treat for me.
