All was going well until a cut limb fell and damaged my neighbor's fence. I was told someone would come out the next day and look at the damage. No one showed up. I contacted the owner who said she would come out to look at the damage. Well, no one showed up. Everytime I try to call their number, all I get is a recording. These people must have caller I.D. and will not answer my calls. They will not take responsibilty for damages their crew have done. I would not do business with Affordable any more and if you do make sure you get a written contract and the name and phone number of their insurance company and make sure they are still insured by that company.
