At 1:15 my foreman called the plant to see what the holdup was. He called several times and had to leave a voicemail since no one would answer the phone. Finally around 1:40 he finally talked to a lady that said it wasn't even scheduled. We'd had 20 yards scheduled to be delivered today at 1:00 since last Friday Dec. 30th. She told him she'd see if she could get us some delivered and call us back. After about 20 minutes she call back and informed us the the plant was down. It's cost me three mens labor waiting on concrete that wasn't even delivered. This is no way to run a business. I won't be buying concrete from them again and caution anyone else about buying it from them.
