He had terrible communication and made it clear that this sale didn't matter to him. It was like pulling teeth just to set up an initial meeting with him. When he did stop by with samples of flooring as planned, none of them remotely matched what we'd asked for. He suggested sourcing a few more samples and said he'd follow up with us the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and went, but there was no communication from him. We tried reaching out to him the following day just to touch base, but he didn't answer phone or text. By that Thursday we finally contacted his colleague, John, to try to figure out where we were at in the process and why the agreed upon follow-up had not been kept. John said that he would contact their other sales rep and get back to us by that afternoon. But, unsurprisingly, that never happened. It's been almost exactly a month now, and there's still been no communication from them. So thankful we never ended up using them for our flooring project! I can't imagine what a mess that would have been. They're unprofessional and unreliable. Would definitely NOT recommend using them for any projects you might have in mind.

I was very impressed with the way they moved about from one fixit job to the next. No time was wasted whatsoever. They cleaned as they went along and literally left the area cleaner than when they came in. We asked them to install new lines, a new faucet and a new in-line cut-off valve. This would have taken me 2 or 3 hours to do myself. Their price was fair and they were in and out in less than 90 minutes. Very impressed!
