In that time, my bed sheets were never changed. My room was not cleaned. My bath towel was not changed. I was never provided breakfast. The 3 nights I did have dinner there, I was served chicken all 3 nights in a row. Less than favorable. They do not have a licensed nurse on staff whatsoever. The "nurse" they say they have, was almost always the cook. Emma became hostile and rude when I told her I was leaving. I am a native Spanish speaker. Casa Galicia may be a less expensive option. Remember, you get what you pay for. I have since moved to a new recovery home which is totally different from this place. It is nothing compared to the service of Casa Galicia. 0 out of 10 stars. It was a big disappointment and waste of time!! Do not stay here.

I told the last 4 nurses that went into my room that I was having pain. One ignore me completely, the other 2 act like they were concern yet they didn't do anything about it. The last nurse had the audacity to ask if the pain I was having really really hurt. ???? What? Of course it hurts and that's why I'm asking for medication. To top it off they charge you for every single thing that's giving to you as well as for their uniforms anything anything used for "your care" or during your procedure. My doctor quoted me $25-35k pesos and I ended up paying $58k when there was no issues during my surgery and didn't have to have extra special care.

We decided to go to Guadalajara Mexico and see how much this treatment would cost we were quoted from between $15,000 in $18,000 still extremely expensive but better than the price in the US. Dr. irma was extremely professional and on the first consultation spent about two hours with my brother adjusting his dentures which he would have to wear for a time before the implants were actually done. This would've never happened in the United States where the Dentist might see you for 15 minutes. The surgeon who is actually putting in the implants speaks English and was extremely professional and nice, again spending a lot of time explaining what procedures are going to be done. He still has to go back one more time for the completion of this dental work but he was extremely happy with the people and the work that was done so far. I went to see this doctor because my dentist in the United States said I had three cavities and needed a new crown more than $2700. While in Mexico I had a complete and extensive set of x-rays done and my doctor said I had no cavities and I was not in need of a crown on that particular tooth but actually another one which my dentist in Sacramento California did not even mention My exam cost less than $40. This office is staffed by all females and they will be moving to a new office in a few weeks. They evaluated me via WhatsApp and determined I was a good candidate. I only had two weeks to get the procedure done before I had to return to California for work. Surgery went perfectly well although of course it can be painful! The day before surgery I had a blood test performed and went to a local store to get a faja to help with recovery. I stayed there for one night and then stayed with family in Guadalajara for week. At one point I was having issues with using the bathroom. Despite it being late at night, the doctor told me to come in so he could look over me. 30 min later I was finally able to go and I was prescribed medicine to help me in the future. It's been almost 2.5 years now since my surgery. Scar is still fading but it was a lot of skin to remove! I honestly feel so confident in my body now than ever. I've been able to keep the weight off since and I exercise regularly without any issues. If anyone has any doubts, I highly recommend you communicate with the office to see if you're a great fit. This has been by far the WORST hospital I've ever been to, which previously wasn't the case…read more I broke my left arm. First of all, When I got in, "security" staff didn't know where should I go and let me tell you the hospital is a labyrinth. That's OK, it's an old building. What is unforgivable is that there was no physician or doctor available. Not even at urgent care. The one who took "care" of me was an intern. Then X ray staff was not available. It took about 2 hours for me to get an x ray. Then wait about 50 min more to get an actual doctor. And for paying, the process was slow as hell. I decided to go there because in a previous incident, the experience was fairly well. They had a doctor who spoke English and x ray was relatively fast. Now this place should be your last option!!
