while I the head of the household was away in Oregon, watching my father die of bile duct cancer,…read more that had been caught too late, turned into 38 days of watching him die. meanwhile my wife, stuck at home 57 miles south of Winnemucca, had left the trash out the night before It was due to pick up, I know this because I was FaceTiming her the entire time. in the morning the trash had not been picked up. when she callled she said your guys never came by. the "lady" 1/2 owner said they photographed it, instead she was shown a random road photo with no timestamp, after a complaint for service the "lady" Said to my wife After she had photographed it "you finally got it out on the road". See attached conversation and pics. . she was cruel, mean, obstinate and downright awful. she called my wife a liar, and then this Friday she simply took our trash can and cancelled our service. Without a refund. I will never use this service again. Desert disposal is ran by shoddy business practices.
