That night we had the Foie Gras, which tasted good (I can't benchmark it against other foie gras - it was the first I had). My only complaint is that I asked for a medium rare steak, and I got a well-done steak. If you want your steak, cooked, medium or medium rare, make sure you really harp on the fact to cook it correctly.
