However, when booking from the available slots online they called me to state there wouldn't be enough time to complete the service so I had to move my appointment earlier, no problem. There is plenty of parking here which makes things easier. When I first walked in, the atmosphere felt a little stuffy. It doesn't have your typical salon atmosphere as it is nestled in what appears to be a house. & The customer service wasn't bad, just somewhat indifferent at first. My stylist also came off a bit reserved initially, and I wasn't sure we were clicking, but after talking for a while things became a bit more comfortable. I didn't leave with the exact haircut I originally asked for, but honestly, I do really like how it turned out. My stylist had over 10 years of experience and it definitely showed in the quality of the cut and her technique of hand painted highlights. Overall, while the experience started a little awkwardly, but I left happy with my hair and may consider coming back in the future.

The salon itself is adorable. It's open and bright in the front area and it is decorated in soothing light tones with silver accents. It's got a really classic cape cod style feel to it that's very cozy. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly while I waited for my appointment and the two times I've called to make appointments the receptionists are lovely. I'm really impressed with the quality of the service and the over all experience here for the price point. I live in Boston and to get a service of this caliber in Boston you'd be paying double. I ultimately found Tracy and Company on Google, and found hundreds of five star reviews between that and another site (Vagaro I think). I had a sense that this was the right place and ended up booking a Reiki/healing session with Tracy and massage with Stacy. The massage was great, I got craniosacral work, which was amazing. But the star of the show was the healing session with Tracy. She is an amazing intuitive healer. It's hard to describe her magic, but I left feeling fantastic physically and mentally.
