I informed them i had an appointment and it was confirmed. This is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of someones time. I understand things may happen and emergencies can take place, but to have zero communication with your client is just unacceptable. I see other clients with similar experiences and that should speak volume! She shows up when she wants to and doesn't care to inform others or respects their time.
