I started my membership on 29 December, and was told to come in and cancel it before 29 January so that I could re-issue a new month using the remaining of my gift card. I came in, tanned on January 28 and then canceled my membership through the manager there. She canceled it for me, but I was charged $42 a few days later, so I returned and asked about being refunded to my normal account so I could use the remaining of my gift card to continue to tan. She apologized and said it was her mistake, but I would have to contact customer service for a refund. When I contacted customer service, it took them six days to respond back to me via email, despite multiple emails and phone calls, and essentially, they called me a liar and stated I never discussed canceling my membership. I hadn't tan since the date I canceled, and I had a witness with me who heard the entire conversation. ZoomTan is not about customers. It's all about scamming and profit. Watch when the class action lawsuit drops because this was ridiculous. I have never been treated so poorly by a business or being called a liar when I had not only a witness with me, but also proof on my dates of tanning that I did infect request cancellation. Do not waste your time or money on this scam artist of a company.

The hair stylist they currently have is the business owner and she is very good at her craft. I recently was here for highlights, an eyebrow wax, and a pedicure. They pay so much attention to their clients and never overbook themselves (causing you to have to sit and wait for an appointment that you booked well in advance). The salon itself is clean and a beautiful space to spend a couple of hours while you are getting pampered. The lady that did my pedicure gave me a sample of the homemade foot scrub she used on me that day!

That's really so 1990 lol Im not a fan of mystic or booth spray tanning either. This is an actual person that spray tans you by hand. The color is so natural it's shocking. The product is organic and vegan friendly. I don't know how something so healthy can be so awesome. Cindy spray tanned me at her location and she made me feel so comfortable. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a healthier tanning alternative to book an appointment with her. It lasted me a full week which is hard to come by.
